-SCHEDULE OF COMPLETION

We refer to your letter ref. CPL/AS/BH/15/06-44 dated 18 th June 2015 in respect of

the above caption matter.

The following works as per your above letter is still outstanding:-

a. Plastering work to both staircase

b. Internal, to screed 4th and 5thfloor rooms 12, 13 and 14.
c. External, ground floor plastering facing eastern side
d. External, groove lines south east and south west edge
e. Extension of water tank plinth
f. Housekeeping both internally and externally

Today mark the scheduled completion of your outstanding works and we regret
the site as it stands today is very much to be desired and acceptable.
