Product Chemrite AG 300 is a third generation
Description superplasticizer for free flowing concrete which is
particularly suitable for self compacting concrete. This
product is suitable for tropical and hot climatic
conditions.

Characteristics/ Chemrite AG 300 combines different modes of action
Advantages By adsorption on the surface of the fines, which keeps
them apart while hydration is in progress, the following
concrete properties are achieved:
- Improved workability at reduced water content.
- Pronounced self compacting behaviour, therefore
suitable for the production of self compacting concrete
(S.C.C.)
- High impermeability and strengths due to greater water
reduction.
- Reduced shrinkage and creep
- Upto 25% water reduction resulting in higher ultimate
strength.
- Improved shrinkage and creep characteristics.

Consumption/ Dosage Recommended dosage for fluid concrete and S.C.C.:
1.0 2.5 % by weight of cement. It is advisable to carry
out trial mixes to establish the correct dosage.

Compatibility Chemrite AG 300 may be combined with many
other products particularly
- Chemplast WP-1
- Chemrite Ferrogard 110
- Silica Fume
- Sulphate - resistant cement.
- Slag cement.
Trials must be performed before combining products in a
concrete mix.

Application Instructions

Dispensing Chemrite AG 300 is added to the gauging water or
simultaneously as it is poured into the concrete mixer.
For optimum utilization of the high water-reduction
property, through mixing at a minimal wet mixing time
of 60 seconds is recommended.

Application Method The standard rules of good concreting practice are
to be followed.
Fresh concrete must be cured properly, especially at
high temperatures in order to prevent plastic and
drying shrinkage. Prefereably use Chemcure curing
agents.

Cleaning of Tools Clean all tools and application equipment with water
immediately after use.
