Negotiated a 10% reduction in prior year Monster contract, while also doubling the account

Improved lifecycle turnaround time by decreasing duration between candidate submittal and offer,
using methods such as: Adobe Acrobat X Pro to enable digital completion and signing of
documents such as applications and offer letters, setting expectations for feedback timelines, and
determining single points of contact between departments
Hired, coached, and mentored junior staff within my department, at below the budget allotted
Conducted weekly meetings with my department and also with upper management
