100% accuracy. The amount of trust we have about promisse depends on the varius
factors of the person giving it. Some of these factors are: integrity of the gi
ver (company, or person), abilities, previous actions,...
Ideal promisse is immune to all the unexpected occurances that might affect it.
Who is to blame when the promisse is not fulfilled? Everything that happens with
the fulfillment of the promisse is the domain of promisee giver, he is responsi
ble for it's realization. But, nothing more. The promisee aceptor is responsible
for trusting the PG and/or realying on it.
