Recomendaciones para el mantenimiento de Correas Trapaciales

Mantenga en buen estado las correas trapeciales de su motor. La averoa de una correa trapecial puede
ocacionar un mal funcionamiento del sistema de carga o su recalentamiento. Haga lo siguiente a intervalos
reculares:

* Compruebe si las correas estn agrietadas, gastadas o deshilachadas. Si las correas vienen en juegos
reemplace siempre el juego completo. Anunque slo una correa est daana se puede ocacionar cargas
desiguales en las correas, las poleas los cojinetes y los ejes.

* Compruebe las ranuras de la polea para asegurarse que no estn gstadas, daadas o mal alineadas.
El contacto deficiente entre la correa y la polea resultar en un desgaste rpido y corta duracin.

Usando un tensimetro comprebe la tensin de la correa despus dde instalarla y durante cada intervalo
de cambio de aciete. Ajuste la correa para asgurar un asentamiento apropiado.
