1. The complete bidding process will be online (e - tendering) in two bid

system. All the notifications and detailed terms and conditions
regarding this tender notice hereafter will be published on line on
website http://mahatenders.gov.in,
2. Bidding documents can be downloaded on the website
http://mahatenders.gov.in, from date 5.03.2014 at 10.00am to date
15.03.2014 upto 06.00 pm.
3. Bid must be accompanied with scanned copies of Demand Draft for
Tender Form Fee and Earnest Money Deposit
(EMD) from Nationalized /Scheduled Bank and other required
documents. Bid shall be treated as invalid if the above scanned copies
are not submitted online along with the Bid. The Bidders are required
to submit original Demand Draft in the name of the Accounts
Officer-I / MHADA , Account No. 20045300865, the Bank of
Maharashtra, Griha Nirman Bhavan, Bandra (East), Mumbai towards
payment of
 Tender Form Fee and E.M.D. on or before date 15.03.2014 upto 01.00
pm. Original D.D. submitted shall be the same as scanned copy
submitted along with the Bid.
4. Technical Bids will be opened on 20.03.2014 hrs.15.00 at office of
Executive Engineer, ICT Cell / MHADA, Room No. 247, 1st floor, Griha
Nirman Bhavan, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400 051 on website
https://mahatenders.gov.in.
5. Tenderer should submit original documents ( those were uploaded
during bid preparation) for verification at the time of Technical Bid
opening.
6. Tenderer should submit information and scanned copies in pdf
format in Technical Envelope as mentioned in Technical Offer.
7. Time and date of opening of Commercial Bid will be informed to the
qualified bidder.
8. Tenderer should have valid Class II/III Digital Signature Certificate
(DSC) obtained from any certifying authority.
9. The Executive Engineer, ICT Cell / MHADA, Bandra (East), Mumbai
400051 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders
without assigning any reason.
