The LEVELTEC L capacitive level switch is used specifically for low level (empty)
detection at tank bottoms for pasty and adhesive media. Due to its construction of Water 81
an inactive extension of the measuring pipe, the LEVELTEC L is insensitive to product Ketchup, honey 24
deposits, thereby guaranteeing reliable detection. Due to the temperature resistance of the

The output signal can be connected directly to a PLC or PLS for further processing. The Acetic acid 6.2

adjusted in the device.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Due to their high flexibility and installation lengths, the level probes of type LEVELTEC L
are suitable both for applications in metallic tanks for empty or full level detection, as well
as for use in metallic pipes, as pump protection.

PFA-coated components are sensitive to mechanical influences. Therefore, it is

important to take extreme care when installing these parts. Mechanical-
ly damaged parts are not covered by the warranty. A minimum distance of 0.5m
must be maintained during cleaning with high-pressure and jet spray cleaning
devices.
Mounting position, drainage and the position of the leakage holes must be in
accordance with the hygienic requirements and sanitary standard

The maximum tightening torque for mounting is 10Nm.
Do not use insulating sealing such as PTFE or similar
