Date of birth of the child should be between 1st April, 2012 and 31 st March 2013

1. Particulars as per the format should be submitted on the dates given below.

2. A recent passport size photograph of the candidate and the parents should
be pasted on the application.

3. Categories marked on the envelope:

A1 ANGLO INDIANS, A2 CNI, A3 - CHRISTIANS OF OTHER DENOMINATIONS,
A4 CHILDREN OF STAFF, B BROTHERS / SISTERS (ST. JAMES SCHOOL,
PRATT MEMORIAL SCHOOL), EX (EX STUDENTS), and C GENERAL.

4. Categories A1, A2, A3, A4, B and EX to submit their applications on

Wednesday, 28th October, 2015 BETWEEN 2.00 p.m. AND 4.00 P.M.

5. Category C to submit their applications on the following schedule given below:

It is important to note that parents will get an opportunity to submit

their applications as there will be several boxes on the above dates.
You are requested not to come before the scheduled time.

5. DUE TO THE LIMITED SEATS AND THE LARGE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS IT IS

NOT POSSIBLE TO CALL ALL CHILDREN FOR THE INTERACTION.

6. BEING CALLED FOR THE INTERACTION DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN ADMISSION.

7. Selected candidates list for the Interaction to be placed on the notice board
on 14th January, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. Please do not make any enquiries before
that.
