grade steel, stainless
steel and Stoody
Careful quality control
following heat treatment
for hardening and
tempering or nitriding
Application of additional
surface coatings such as
CVD, PVD, HARD CHROME,
UCAR, S.L., etc. if desired.
Accurate control of
the entire production
cycle, from design to
manufacture
All the equipment we
manufacture - such as seaming
rolls and chucks for seam folding
machines, and beading sectors
- are grounded to a centesimal
tolerance on both traditional
and CNC numeric-control
machine tools.
In particular, profiles are carefully
crafted and controlled to achieve
high standards of dimensional/
geometric precision and surface
smoothness.

Controllo scrupoloso su
tutto il ciclo di lavoro
dalla progettazione alla
realizzazione.
Tutte le attrezzature che
produciamo, dalle rolline e
mandrini di aggraffatura ai
settori nervatori eccetera,
sono rettificati con precisione
centesimale, vengono lavorate su
macchine utensili sia tradizionali
sia a controllo numerico CNC.
In particolare i profili sono
curati e controllati in modo da
mantenere standard qualitativi
elevati sia dal punto di vista
dimensionale e geometrico, sia
per quanto riguarda lo stato di
rugosit delle superfici.
