WALLING SOLUTION:
The wall will be of 60mm/75mm/90mm/120mm thick Bhargav Panels comprise of two 5mm
thick cement-Boards (Non asbestos-free fibre reinforced cement sheets as IS 14862) strongly
bonded with core material which is light weight concrete mix of Portland cement, expanded
polystyrene bead aggregates and admixture. Bhargav-Panels with unique Tongue & Groove
Joining System provide better stability, rapid installation and better workability.

Filling Material In The Tongue And Groove Joint

We are using a mortar according to our convenient and usage

1) We are using Aditya Birla product Known as fixoblock to fill the joint after installation to
give permanent bonding
2) Otherwise we can use Mortar with cement, fine sand, SBR chemical and water to fill the
gap.
3) Material developed by installation team may prefer.

INSTALLATION DETAILS
Galvanized C Channels:

Purpose:-
The Bhargav-Panels shall be fixed on floor and top using 1mm/1.2mm (According to
specification and use area of client) thick Galvanized C section.
In India we are using Galvanized iron (GI) sheets for installation purpose. According to
requirement we are making these c-channels.
It is coming in 4 ft*8 ft gi sheets. We are cutting and bending these sheets as per our
requirement.
