Chapter 1 - Introduction

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has been conducting examination for issue /
extension of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) License, in accordance with Rule 61 of Indian Aircraft
rules 1937. The Central Examination Organization (CEO) of DGCA, located at R.K. Puram, New Delhi is
responsible for conducting these examinations.

This document provides step-wise instructions for the aspects of the registration with visual screens for
easy and better understanding. It also describes the error messages encountered while working with the
software with appropriate remedial actions required to be taken by the candidate.

Candidates are advised to read Instructions and Notices as published time to time in VIMAN website in
conjunction with the latest USER MANUAL.

NOTE :
NEW CANDIDATE: The new applicants including all pre-1992 passed / licensed
candidates/ BAMEC holders, who have not registered in computerized
CEO data base so far also have to mandatorily apply as NEW with
copy of license/ BAMEC for allotment of computer number, if they
desire to appear in any examination including that for limitation removal
paper in future.

OLD CANDIDATE: All candidates who have been allotted computer number from 1992 till
Sept2016.

Chapter 3-- Minimum Requirements

3.1 The minimum system requirements for accessing the Web Based Application for AMEs at
www.viman.gov.in web site are:

i. Google Chrome

ii. Internet Explorer-11.0

iii. Internet Connection(with printer)

3.2 Individual Email ID of the candidate is an important component of the System. All important
information such as Computer Number, Roll Number, Examination Schedules, and Application
Status etc. will be communicated to the candidate on this email ID only.
a) No two candidates can share the same email ID while submitting their application online.
b) The Login ID and the Password is unique to each applicant and candidate is responsible to
protect it from loss / sharing with someone else for security reasons. DGCA will not be held
responsible for misuse of the login credentials.

3.3 Password Policy: Minimum Password length should be 8 characters. It must contain at least one
upper case letter (A-Z), one lower case letter (a-z),one special character (!@#$%) and one
numeric value [ 0-9 ]
3.4. Candidate needs to keep ready
A. scanned/soft copy of the following:
Applicant Photograph in JPG, JPEG format
Applicant Signature in JPG,JPEG format

NOTE: - Uploading of Photograph and Signature is a ONETIME exercise. It is therefore


advised that only candidates latest color Photograph and Signature are uploaded as per the
guideline given in Annexure V.

Once the Photograph & Signature is successfully submitted by applicant, the applicant has
no provision to replace / re-upload them and it can only be done by CEO, O/o DGCA.

If an applicant desires to change his /her photograph due to any reason, he / she may
contact CEO, DGCA for the same.

B. SELF ATTESTED & LEGIBLE / READABLE scanned/soft copy of the following:


(Each PDF documents should not be more than 100KB/ 200KB (as applicable).
Date of Birth certificate in PDF Format (Following Documents are acceptable)

Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths or the Municipal Corporation
or any other prescribed authority, whosoever has been empowered under the Registration
of Birth and Deaths Act, 1969 to register the birth of a child born in India
Xth / XIIth certificate
Passport
Aadhaar Card
Election Photo Identity Card (EPIC) issued by the Election Commission of India
XII th/ Equivalent Mark (including Physic, Chemistry, Mathematics) sheet in PDF format
XII th/ Equivalent Pass certificate in PDF format
Copy of passport in PDF format (if applicable)
Copy of Proof of Permanent Address in PDF format as given below:

o Aadhar Card
o Passport
o Voter ID
o Ration Card
o License issued by DGCA
o Proof of address issued by State / Central Government
Association of Indian universities certificate in PDF format (if applicable)
Security clearance Certificate in PDF format (if applicable)
Board Verification Certificate for Xth & XIIth/Equivalent from the concerned board in PDF
format [ mandatory for NEW candidate ]

3.6 10TH and 10+2 Board Verification Certificates (BVC):

a) Verification certificate is mandatory for all NEW candidates.


BVC is required for 10th and 10+2 (or its equivalent) from a recognized Board (recognized by
Council of Boards of Secondary Education, State Govt. Education/Technical Board)

b) BVC for qualification of 10th and 10+2 Standard(or its equivalent) in Physics, Chemistry and
Mathematics obtained from the Board/University concerned, either they are under the education
system of
i. Indian School/Board/University situated in India or Abroad.
ii. International School / Board / University situated in India or Abroad.
In case verification of qualification for concerned board is available online, at the time of
registration the candidate must upload a copy of the same, and must send a self attested printed copy.
The respective link for the said verification should be mentioned in the application.
In the case of applicants who earned the qualification from foreign university, education system
and/ or studied in foreign country, the verification certificates for such qualifications are required to be
obtained from the concerned board (under whom the institution is awarding pass certificates / mark
sheets)

3.7 10+2 Equivalence Certificates:

a) In case the applicant has acquired the Basic Qualification (10+2 or equivalent) from International
School / Board / University situated in India or abroad, in addition to the verification certificate,
enclose self attested copy of equivalent certificate issued by Association of Indian Universities
(AIU) House, 16, Kotla Marg, New Delhi 110022.
Note: Equivalent certificate is not required for schools situated abroad recognized under Indian
Boards.

b) The mark sheet for equivalent qualification must display the marks obtained in Physics,
Mathematics and Chemistry subjects.

c) Diploma in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics engineering recognized by state


technical education board shall be considered as equivalent qualification.

d) For other diploma except mentioned above; to prove the equivalence to 10+2, in Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics, the applicant must submit a certificate from a competent authority
such as Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Chapter 4- NEW Candidate Registration Process

(Allotment of Computer Number )

Registration form is the entry level form for the candidate who wants to register to appear in AME
license examination conducted by CEO, DGCA.

NEW candidate who intends to register as Candidate for AME license exam conducted by CEO (
including all pre-1992 passed / licensed candidates/ BAMEC holders, who have not registered in computerized
CEO data base so far also have to mandatorily apply as NEW with copy of license/ BAMEC for allotment of
computer number, if they desire to appear in any examination including that for limitation removal paper in future .),
needs to select New Candidate Registration tab to start the process of registration:

4.1. Open the home page and click on the New Candidate Registration Tab, under the Registration
Area

4.2. On click on the New Candidate Registration tab, candidate needs to fill Mandatory details in
Registration form for AME Computer Number generation as given below:

4.3. The candidate is required to enter:
Title: Select Title from the dropdown List.
Name as per Higher Secondary Board Certificate: Candidate enters his/her name in this filed.
Gender: Select gender from the dropdown list. The value in the dropdown list comes from the Gender
Master.
Date of Birth: Select Date, Month and Year from the dropdown list.
Father's Name: Candidate enters his/her Father's Name in this field.
Mother's Name: Candidate enters his/her Mother's name in this filed.
Email Id: Enter your correct EMAIL ID which will be used for sending activation link for
confirmation of registered E-mail.
Confirm Email ID: Confirm Email ID to confirm the Email ID
Captcha: Enter Captcha Characters as appearing in the image. Image characters are case
sensitive. If Captcha is not visible, same can be refreshed and replaced by clicking refresh icon.
4.4. After filling in all the details in the Registration form, click on Submit button Present at the bottom
of the page.
4.5. On clicking the submit button, the registration details will be saved and the acknowledgement
page will be displayed stating "Your Personal Details have been submitted successful".

4.6. Check your registered e-mail box for the e-mail with a temporary link for activating the account
within a period of 24 hours.

4.7 After activating the account through the link provided in the mail, the applicant can set his/her
password.

Create New Password: candidate enters his/her new password in this field Validation:
The new password should be minimum of 8 characters and maximum of 24 characters.
One capital letter (A-Z),
One small letter (a-z),
One numeric (0-9),
Must not contain blank space(s)
must contain at least one special character (e.g. @#$%^&+=) for example: Aish@4567
Confirm Password: Password and Confirm password must match.
Captcha: images are case sensitive.

4.8 After filling all the details in the new user activation form click on the save Button, thus the
password of the applicant is set.

4.9 Candidate enters the valid login credentials to the system for completing the rest of the Registration
form and if the candidate wants to reset credentials detail then click on the Reset button.

4.10 Candidate would receive the instructions in his/her E-Mail as shown in the screen given
Below:

4.11 Candidate once logged in, needs to click on the Complete Computer Number/ Registration
Form under the Registration tab to complete the form.

4.12. On clicking the Complete Computer Number/Registration Form tab, Computer Number
Application Form is displayed.
4.13. Personal Details of the candidate will be displayed in the computer number application form as
below:
The candidate can view the following details:
Title
Name
Gender
Date of Birth
Fathers Name
Mothers Name
Email Address

4.14. Under Nationality and Passport details grid the candidate is required to enter:

Nationality:
If the candidate selects nationality as India, Nepal, Bhutan. Then passport details are not
mandatory for the purpose of AME registration.
However Citizenship certificate, Voter Identification card to proof the citizenship must be
enclosed for Nepal, Bhutan.

In all other cases passport details are mandatory.
UID Number: candidate is required to fill details, if available, in the text field. In case of non-Indian
nationality, the field will not be visible.

Caste Category: Select from the dropdown List. In case of non-Indian nationality, the field will not be
visible.

4.15(a).If nationality is Indian; system would ask Have you studied abroad?Candidate selects
Radio button YES or NO.
If the candidate selects NO, then candidate can proceed to fill the remaining form.
If the candidate selects YES, then candidate will have to answer the question Do
You have equivalent educational qualification certificate from Association of Indian
Universities (AIU) with YES or NO.
If candidate chooses NO, the candidate will not be able to proceed further.
If candidate chooses YES, the candidate can proceed to fill the remaining form.
However, candidates need to upload AIU/ Equivalent certificate.

4.15(b).If nationality is other than Indian, system would ask Do you have Association of Indian
University equivalent educational qualification certificate? Candidate selects radio button YES or
NO.

If the candidate selects NO, then candidate cannot proceed to fill the remaining form:
If the candidate selects YES, then candidate will have to answer the question Whether
Security Clearance has been Obtained? With YES or NO.
If candidate chooses NO, the candidate will not be able to proceed further and
complete the form.
If candidate chooses YES, the candidate can proceed to fill the remaining form.

Checks: Security clearance is mandatory field for foreign nationality candidates except Nepal
and Bhutan.

4.16. The candidate needs to fill Education Qualification details:

Select level from dropdown or selects Graduation level


Enter the Name of degree /diploma
Select board/university from the dropdown
Enter Duration (in years )
Select Year of Passing from the dropdown
Select Result type from the Dropdown
Select result type as percentage and enter the total percentage in Percentage tab.

4.17. After filling Education qualification details Applicant type details need to be entered by the
candidate as follows:

Candidate selects Type of Applicant out of the following:
AME Institute Trainee
Defence
General including Departmental and PRIVATE

4.18. If Candidate selects AME Institute Trainee then candidate fills the following details:
Selects List of institutes from the Dropdown
Enter Month-Year of Batch from the calendar dropdown
Selects Date of induction of batch from the Calendar
Selects Stream i.e. Mechanical or Avionics from the radio button and
Category gets auto displayed.

4.19. If Candidate selects Defence, then Candidate fills the following details by selecting the radio
button:
Serving or Ex-serviceman
Army or Navy or Air force or Paramilitary (BSF / Coast Guard )
Branch or Trade
In case of selecting Branch, branch has to be selected from the dropdown
In case of selecting Trade, Trade has to be selected from the dropdown
Selects Stream i.e. Mechanical or Avionics from the radio button, Category gets auto
displayed.

4.20. If Candidate selects General then Candidate fills the following details by selecting:
Name of the organization where worked or working from the dropdown.

Selects Stream i.e. Mechanical or avionics from the radio button .Category gets auto displayed.

Note: If name of the organization/ institute is not available in dropdown list, Quality Manager/ Chief
Instructor should forward an E-mail with a subject line-Request to UPDATE MASTER List with
required supporting documents (Approval Certificate, Schedule and Validity) as applicable and
forward the hard copies to CEO by Speed Post immediately, for record.

4.21. Candidate needs to enter the address details as follows in two sections i.e.
Correspondence address and Permanent Address:

Correspondence address needs to be entered in the following fields:

Address Details:

Address lines:
Validation: only alphabets and numbers are allowed
Village/Town/City:
Validation: only alphabets and numbers are allowed
State: select from the drop down list.
Pin Code / Postal Code: enter code in the text box

Permanent address needs to be entered in the following fields:

Address lines:
Validation: only alphabets and numbers are allowed
Village/Town/City:
Validation: only alphabets and numbers are allowed
State: select from the drop down list.
Pin /Postal Code: enter Pin code /Postal code/Zip code in the text box

(check the check box for Please tick, in case permanent address is same as correspondence
address then details of corresponding address will be copied to permanent address, if you want to
change then uncheck the check box).

4.22. In case of candidate being AME institute trainee then correspondence address would be same as
AME institute address and correspondence address cannot be same as permanent address.

4.23. In case of candidates with nationality other than Indian, the Permanent address has to be from
Country of origin / nationality. He/she has to enter the state in a text box provided.

NOTE: - A self attested copy of proof of permanent address from the following documents must
be uploaded during computer number allotment application and same should be forwarded along
with application.

a) Aadhar Card
b) Passport
c) Voter ID
d) Ration Card
e) License issued by DGCA
f) Proof of address issued by State / Central Government
4.24. Candidate has to fill the following Aircraft/Aeronautical Experience Details:
Total Aircraft Engineering Experience ( In years and Months )
Type of Aircrafts/Engines/Systems
Organization/Approved AME institute
Area of work- Major/Line/Shop/AME institute
Duration; From date- to date, system will populate details in period in months.
Upload Experience certificate (Pdf format) by clicking Choose file button.
Click Add experience to add more experience details. A candidate can add maximum 3
certificates

NOTE: - For candidates having NO experience, candidate has to fill up at least one day duration
and a self-attested certificate stating NIL EXPERIENCE should mandatorily be uploaded
and copy of the same is to be forwarded along with other documents to CEO.
For candidates with experience, only last 3 (three) relevant experience certificate w.r.to
his/her category are to be mentioned and uploaded.

4.25. After uploading the documents successfully, following screen will appear:

4.26. After filling all the details, candidate can click on save and system would save the details, the
registration details will be updated and system would display the message Records saved
successfully as shown below:

4.27. Candidate checks the Please read the filled details and tick here before final submission. And
then clicks on Submit button and a declaration would be displayed, candidate can check mark the
declaration and click for final submit as in the screen below:

4.28. Candidate has to click Final Submit and Application form would be submitted with a success
message as shown in the screen below:

4.29. Candidate has to take print of filled form, paste the same photograph which has been uploaded,
sign in the designated box with black ink. Candidates are advised to attach all copies of uploaded
documents (SELF ATTESTED & LEGIBLE/ READABLE) serially as per the displayed screen,
which appears after application has been submitted successfully. And should forward the same
after completing all formalities to CEO by Speed Post, along with the supporting documents, so as
to reach within 05 days of submitting the application. Candidates should ensure that the hard
copies oe documents sent should not be the print of scanned document.
NOTE: The PRIVATE / Un-employed candidates may forward their applications themselves.
4.30. Candidate will receive an Email for successful submission of computer Number form and candidate
would receive Temp ID.

4.31. Approved Candidate : If the registration form is approved then his/her computer number will be
generated and a mail will be sent to respective email Id's.

4.32 Rejected Candidate : If the registration form is rejected then mail will be sent to respective email
id's with the reasons of rejection.
Rejected applicants are advised to follow the NEW Candidate Registration Process again with
corrected data and upload documents and complete the process as described in para 4.29 above.

Chapter 5 - OLD Candidate Registration Process

5.1. This part prescribes the procedure for registering with Online System of Examination to whom the
Computer Number has been allotted prior to October 2016 and who hasnt registered with
this online portal.
NOTE: - The OLD AME Candidate Registration is a ONE TIME exercise and not required for
each session of examination.

5.2. Open the home page and click on the OLD Candidate Registration tab, under the Registration
Area.

5.3. Click on the OLD Candidate Registration tab to proceed .


5.4. The candidate is required to enter as below:

Computer number: Enter the computer number in the text field.


Date of Birth: Calendar control.
Captcha: Non Editable field. Image characters are case sensitive.

5.5. When the above entered details viz. Computer Number & Date of Birth matches with the existing
data in the online system of examination, then registration form will open and Candidate is required
to fill the mandatory details.

5.6. OLD Candidates those who are unable to log in for registration must send a request through E-
mail at ceoame.dgca@nic.in with subject matter OLD CANDIDATE COMPUTER NUMBER: E-
XXXXXXXX UNABLE TO LOG IN with self attested scanned copy of proof of computer number
and date of birth certificate/ 10th Certificate as attachment for verification of computer number and
date of birth. They should take a print of the E-mail and send through speed post to CEO, DGCA
so as to reach within 05 days from e-mail date along with hard copy (self attested) of above stated
documents. The envelope containing such request should be super-scribed in capital and bold
letters as AME-UNABLE TO LOG-IN.
All OLD candidates MUST check their PASSED PAPERs (if any) by clicking the tab Exam
History. Any anomaly observed must be brought to the notice of CEO within 05 days of
registration.

NOTE: - Pre-1992 passed paper(s) record will not be displayed, however the necessary credit has
been considered.

5.7. The candidate is required to enter:

Title: Select Title from the dropdown list.


Name as per registered in CEO: Candidate name registered is displayed.
Gender: Select Gender name from the dropdown list.
Date of Birth: Date of birth of candidate is displayed.
Father's Name: Candidates Father's name is displayed.
Mothers Name: Candidate is required to enter Mothers name in the text field.
Email Id: Enter the correct EMAIL ID which will be used for sending confirmation Email and
further communication with the candidate.
Confirm Email Id: Verify the email id.
Captcha: Image characters are case sensitive

5.8. Once the personal details are submitted then the system will display a message

Your personal details have been submitted successfully'.

5.9. Check your mail box for the mail with a temporary link for activating the account, within 24
hours.

5.10. Candidate can activate the account through clicking the link provided.

5.11. After activating the account through the link provided, the applicant sets his/her password as in the
screen below:

5.12. Candidate enters the valid credentials (Email ID, Password) into the system for completing the rest
of the registration details.

5.13. Click on the Complete Complete Computer Number/ Registration Form tab under the
Registration tab and the candidate can fill the registration form. Personal Details of the candidate
will be displayed in the Computer number application form for AME as below:

NOTE: - Candidate should ensure that Type of Applicant saved should match current type
otherwise select appropriate type.
5.18. If Candidate belongs to AME institute trainee then candidate fills the following details:

Chapter 6 - Track Application (Registration) Status

Once the Registration form is submitted by the applicant, he/she can track the status of the
application.

6.1. Enter the valid login credentials for tracking the application status.

Chapter 7- Change Password

7.1. Candidate has to enter the valid login credentials for changing password.
7.2. Candidate needs to click Change Password tab to display the change password page

7.3. On clicking the link, change password page is displayed.

The candidate is required to enter:

old password: old password should match with the current password
New password: The new password should be minimum of 8 characters and maximum of 24
characters.
One capital letter (A-Z),
One small letter (a-z),
One numeric (0-9),
One special character (@#$&)for example: Aish@4567
confirm password: The New Password and the Confirm Password should match with each
other

Chapter 8- Update Profile for already registered candidate

8.1. Using the computer number as login id, applicant log in to their account for updating the profile.

Chapter 9- Application for Examination

9.1 Using the computer number as their login id, applicants can login to their account for filling
examination form.

9.2. Click on the Examination Form tab under Examination tab.

9.3. When the Candidate clicks on the Examination Form tab, then the examination form page is
displayed to fill the examination details. Applicant Type details and Name of organization where
previously worked would also be displayed.

NOTE: - Although all efforts will be made to allot centers as per the choice of the candidate,
however, in case a candidate is not allotted the center of his choice due to unforeseen
circumstances, an alternate center within the same zone will be allocated. If the
candidate fails to appear at the alternate center, no request for refund or adjustment of
the fee paid will be entertained.

9.13. The system will display the Experience details which were entered by the applicant in the
registration form. If the candidate wants to enter more experience details then the same can be
entered.

9.14. The candidate can submit the required fee by using payment gateway Bharatkosh through Net
Banking or Credit Card or Debit Card.
A nominal amount shall be charged towards service charges as applicable, by the bank in
addition to the fee charged by DGCA in accordance with Regulation.

NOTE: - 1. Fee once submitted will not be refunded back / adjusted for the next or later Sessions
under any circumstances including rejections. Further no communication in this

9.15 Please read the filled details and tick here before final submission as shown in the

9.16. On clicking submit after filing the details in examination form, screen as shown below

9.17. Once the examination form is filled by the applicant, the system responds with "Your examination
form has been submitted successfully along with Temporary ID as follows:-

generated and an e-mail will be sent to the applicant

Chapter 12 - Guidelines For Appearing Examination

12.1 GUIDELINES FOR THE ONLINE TEST


This document details the Instructions and Procedures to be performed by the Candidate while
appearing for Online Examination.

A. Enter the examination site URL on the Browser and press Enter Key. A screen as shown below
is displayed.

B. Click on the "CANDIDATE LOGIN" link provided in the above screen. A screen as shown below
is displayed.

C. Enter the Computer Number and the Roll Number as password and click on Submit. A Screen
with the Instructions to the candidates as shown below is displayed.

Please read the instructions thoroughly and then click on the Accept, I have read Instructions
Thoroughly, check box and press the PROCEED button.
D. Click on PROCEED button, navigates to the screen as shown below:

E. Please enter the PIN number. The PIN Number shall be given to the candidates by the Controller
of Examination at the examination venue.

F. On successful login, confirm the details shown such as computer number, Roll Number,
Name, Subject, Exam Category and select Start Exam. The Examination duration starts counting
down from this stage.

G. After entering the Test Screen, you will be presented with the first question. The questions will
appear one at a time. Each question has three/four choices for an answer. Select any ONE
Option ONLY (A or B or C or D option). After selecting the Radio Button against A or B or C or D,
press CONFIRM button to indicate the confirmation of your choice.

After pressing CONFIRM on the screen, the next question will appear.

The RESET button is to reset the answer already selected. Once RESET button is pressed,
selection of choice has to be confirmed again by pressing CONFIRM button.

Please note that if a choice of answer is made by choosing A or B or C or D, but CONFIRM


button is not pressed, then the system considers this status as unchanged from its previous state,
whatever it may be.

H. You can navigate between Questions by using the Next and Previous buttons. Also one can jump to
any desired question for answering during the exam time using the Navigational Panel. Answers can
be modified any number of times by the candidate during the time available to complete the exam.

J. The time available for the candidate at any point of time will be shown on the screen as Time
Left in HH:MM:SS indicating the remaining time in Hours, Minutes and Seconds. This timer
clicks down the total Exam Time to Zero Seconds. The Panel also indicates the Grace time
granted due to system / network related problem and where Candidates Re-Login option
availed.

K. The FINISH button may be used only after the candidate successfully answered as many as

If the FINISH Button had been clicked by accident, then select the button NO on the screen

If you confirm the Finish action by clicking Yes, the candidate is prompted for his / her re-
confirmation. Finishing the Exam would mean complete and final exit from the Exam and you will
not be able to come back to exam screen for the same batch on the same session.

L. When the candidate selects End the Exam the Exam answers are submitted and the Exam is
deemed to be finished with.

M. As soon as the candidate confirms that the exam is completed or on the completion of the Exam,
On pressing the END The EXAM button the candidates performance is evaluated and the score
will be displayed as below:

N. After having seen the marks, the candidate may press the CLOSE to close the browser.

O. If you face any problem with your terminal, while giving examination, dont panic. Just inform
the invigilator and you will be given another terminal. The time lost on account of this will be taken
care by the system automatically and displayed under GRACE TIME

P. There is No provision for revaluation of answer papers at any stage by CEO. Candidates
shall refrain from making request for revaluation from DGCA

12.2 GUIDELINES FOR RELOGIN TO THE ONLINE TEST

Due to any technical problem like power failure, Network failure, Computer malfunction etc. after the
START of the exam, if candidate is unable to continue the exam, then the candidate has to inform the
invigilator / Controller of Examination (COE).

After thorough investigation, if found genuine, COE will select CANDIDATE RELOGIN. In the next
screen the COE will enter the MASTER PASSWORD and permit the candidate to RELOGIN.

The screen for candidate RELOGIN is as shown below:

After the Site Controller enters the Master Password, Candidate has to enter his credentials. On entering
the valid credentials, the exam screen is displayed

The time lost between the last accessed time of the exam screen and the time when SUBMIT button
was pressed under the RELOGIN page is taken care and added as the re-login grace time.

Only those candidates who could successfully LOGIN at the first attempt and started the examination can
avail this RELOGIN option.

Candidate who terminates the exam by choosing the FINISH button and RE-CONFIRMING TWICE to
end the exam, they CANNOT utilize CANDIDATE RELOGIN option.

Candidate RELOGIN option CANNOT be utilized if the exam has been terminated / stopped by the COE.

PHOTO/SIGNATURE UPLOAD GUIDELINES

A. DOS AND DONTS CONCERNING PHOTOGRAPH TO BE UPLOADED :
