EXPERIENCE
On-Air Talent at Texas Student TV On-scene reporter and in-studio analyst for TSTV,
the student-ran TV station at the University of Texas.
Production Assistant for CitrusTV As a freshman volunteer, I worked various roles for
CitrusTV, I worked cameras, edited video, created full-screen graphics, and learned the
ropes. I would use my own broadcast equipment at Syracuse to produce on-air portfolio
for my YouTube channel. (August 2016 December 2016)
Production Assistant for WAER As a freshman, I cut and edit audio for WAER. I
recorded my own material for my SoundCloud channel. (August 2016 December 2016)
On-Air Sports Update Host for ESPN 97.5 Houston - During my internship with ESPN
97.5, I worked myself into an on-air position. I recorded sports updates for Houston-
based shows, 'The John and Raheel Show' and 'Unfiltered'. (June 2016 - August 2016)
Audio Production Intern for Yahoo Sports Radio - Pulled, edited, and produced on-air
audio for Yahoo Sports Radio - a nationally broadcasted radio station with headquarters
located in Houston, Texas. (June 2016 - August 2016)
Audio Production Intern for ESPN 97.5 Houston - Worked phones, podcasts, and audio
production for ESPN 97.5 Houston - a top 5 market ESPN Radio station. (June 2016 -
August 2016)
On-Air Host for Quench Sports - Anchor for Quench Sports, my own YouTube-based
channel specializing in NFL and fantasy football coverage. Use of high-end digital studio
equipment and editing software. (July 2014 July 2016)
EXTRA-CURRICULAR
Attended multiple sports broadcasting camps where I worked with professionals such as
Keith Irizarry, Vin Parise, Freddie Coleman, etc. in the summers of 2014 and 2015.
Selected by student body and endured rigorous application processes to become a part of
the PALS leadership program.
Earned multiple awards as high school football player, such as all-district and all-state
honors along with being nominated for the DFW Offensive Player of the Year. Was a
starting offensive lineman for the U.S National Football Team for 3 years.
