The user will be notified by receiving a mobile message to check his email
(provided at the time of a posting a query) or over phone.

Flow Type (Expert-Side):

> Experts can view all queries and can reply with a mail or over phone.
When a suggestion will be given then user will be notified by a mobile
message.

Flow Type (Admin-Side):

> Admin can view all Enquiries and Replies between users and experts.
So, He can view the total conversation between a Guest User and Expert.
He can also view the request and reply time. Thus he can estimate that
the experts are how much efficient to suggest a solution to the user.

Some other features should be incorporated here ----

User can also send another query using the same or different mobile
number / email. When same number/email will be given again by user
then we will show the latest posted query in the same thread i.e. what he
posted before. Thus it will create 1-to-1 conversation mechanism. If new
mobile number given by the user then it will be treated as a new
conversation.

If suggestions given over phone then that will be manually recorded in our
system through the solution provider.

So, these are basic concept that our experts can provide the best
solutions to a User. This is all about a user can get our experts
suggestion.

Other Services/Suggestions:

1) We can let the user to locate Our Dealer/Retailer locations. They can
search and view locations in Google Map and can contact with them if
require.

2) We can provide them Technical Advice when they are about to start any
construction (personal, commercial or other) with free of cost or
discounted rate. There may have some terms.

3) We can provide user a solution for estimation of Steel cost required for
building a construction.

4) The site should be more informative by providing user some ideas

regarding the construction ideas and TMT bar that why they choose this
TMT bar.

5) Some other type of product may be introduced to engage users with

this organisation.
