Job Responsibilities:-
1. Preparing MEP 3D modelling for co-ordination purpose. To provide consultants and contracto
with scope-, logistic-, geometric-, and dimensional control in a 3D database.
 2. Planning and coordination of all electrical works site wide.
3. Ensure implementation of HSE codes in the project and report any contradictions.
4. Responsible for completing electrical works designs, which meet approved national a
international standards, in addition to those of the client.
5. Complete all necessary calculations required for the electrical works, including load calculatio
(cables, short circuits, circuit breaker selection, and power factor selection, etc.)
6. Responsible for coordinating the electrical design works with all other related disciplines.
7. Responsible for generating electrical/technical submittals, shop drawings, value engineeri
proposals, RFIs and coordination issues.
8. Attend the progress and technical meeting with client and consultant to discuss both of technic
and progress issues.
9. Review design drawings of electrical power layouts, DB schedule, instrumentation, cables Earthi
and lighting before implementation and prepare technical query if needed.
10.Conversing with BIM Managers on a regional and National level to develop and implement B
standards.

11.Working directly for engineers and engineering managers

12.Responsible for preparing the drawings as per the standards given by the clients and for updating
the drawings as per the corrections marked by checker / design engineer.
13.Responsible for preparing the Electrical (MEP) Shop Drawings for all types of buildings and
involved in developing the 3D BIM Model For coordination, Analysis and assigning Lights,
Conduits, Cable Tray,Raceway, Duct, Pipes levels , preparing Electrical cross sections,preparing
Electrical Equipments schedules As per Standards.
14.Design co-ordination with client engineering.
15.Conducted quality assurance and quality control checks on models.
16.Developed and created BIM model objects, families and systems.
17.Create types of electrical schedule in revit (Lighting, Power ,Cable Tray, Electrical Equipments etc
18.Preparation of Sheet Sets In Revit for All services.

2D Drafting:-
Preparation of Design drawings for submission.
Incorporate the comments of the client or consultant.
Preparation of Shop Drawings for Power, Lighting, Containment.
Preparation, Electrical Room Layouts, LV Room Layouts.
Preparation of Low Voltage drawings Fire Alarm, CCTV, Door Access, Telecom and Public
address.
Preparation of Single Line Diagram, Load Schedule.
Preparation of Block Diagrams.
Preparation of wall coordination drawings.
Provide information required for RFI.
