who is a goody two-shoes, this role will be played by

Sarah. Lastly, we have the narrator who will read Harriets
logs from her other notebook, while capturing the true
essence of the story which will be played by myself.

Sport: Hey, why dont we go to the park and play tag?

Narrator: The kind of tag they played wasnt very

complicated; in fact Harriet thought it was rather silly.

(Sport falls to the ground, tired from running in so many circles)

Harriet: (Out of breath from running) Sport come on! We are

playing a game, get up!

Sport: Augh (Sport gets up off the ground running towards Harriet)

Harriet: (Frantic) WAIT! Where is my notebook?

Janie: Found it!

no luck.

Janie: Sport, youre on page thirty-four; Rachel, youre on

fifteen. Read it aloud Sport!

nice things about Sport in there!

Janie: Harriet, go over there on that bench until we

decide what were going to do to you.

Narrator: Harriet couldnt believe that she was forced to

sit there, and took it upon herself to storm out of the
courtyard - no one noticed.

Rachel: Who does Janie Gibbs think shes kidding? Does

she really think she could ever be a scientist?

Narrator: The children continued to read Harriets harsh

words from her journal, if one thing was for certain,
Harriet would never be treated the same.
