used,butifIhadtoguess,Iwouldestimate50.Ifyouneedmoredowntheroad,
youcanalwayscutmore!

Step1:Insertyourhookintoastitchinthedollshead.(Note:Istartbyworking
thesestitchesinasortofoutlinearoundthedollshead,startingatthehairlinein
thefront.)

Step2:Foldastrandofyarninhalf,formingaloopontheend.Placethisloop
aroundyourhook.

Step3:Pulltheloopthroughthestitch.

Step4:Yarnover,wrappingbothstrandsofyarntogetheraroundthehook.

Step5:Pullthestrandsthroughtheloop,essentiallymakingachainstitchwith
bothstrands.Thisknotstheyarnatthebaseofthedollshead.

Ithelpstoworkafewstrandsintothestitchesatthetopofthedollsheadsothat
youmakeasortofoutline,thenfillitinwiththerestofthestrandsofyarn.
BecauseElsashairisbraidedandwontbecomingunbraided,youcanfillinpart
oftheareainsteadoftheentirething.Workseveralrowsfromtheoutsideofthe
