I have been working for Escorts Skill Development Pvt. Ltd. as Manager Corporate and Government Business since
June 2014.
o The work profile is in the area of project planning, implementation coordination, interfacing with NSDC,
Industry Sector Skill Councils, State Government, Education Board and possibly individual Companies
and Education Partners for skill development programs.
o Help identify the needs and define the goals and scope of the program with clear roles and deliverables
of the entities involved. Pilot Projects approved for Meghalaya for improving skills of Student for 3
districts.
o Have Liaison with all parties involved, ensuring common understanding and that deliverables meet the
requirements. The projects in process are Technical Education for ITI,s Delhi and Haryana. School
Education- Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana. MPLAD- 5 MP,s from UP, Haryana and Bihar.
o In general ensure BEs involvement is properly utilized and resulting in valuable deliverables that meet
the objectives of the program and BE skill initiatives.
Training Industry Sector Skill Councils (and possibly Companies/Association) Interface
o If using own or specially developed curriculum, liaison between the Education partner
curriculum/coursework development and the Industry SSC/companies point of contact.
o Work with SSC/Industry to organize and deliver the training course logistics-schedules, venue, facilities,
faculty registration and signup, etc.
