The relay type model contains most of the elements of the actual recloser: 4 phase TCCs, 4 Ground
TCCs, High Current phase and ground elements, 3 High Current Lockout phase and ground elements,
SEF element, ground precedence, sequence coordination. Its possible to define the max number of
operation using the sequence coordination. The support to the reclosing logic allows defining the
operations to the lockout, the reset time, and the reclosing time for each reclosing attempt. The SEF
reclosing logic allows defining the number of SEF trips before the lockout, the reset time of the SEF
logic, the reclosing time for each SEF reclosing attempt. The SEF element supports the directional
characteristic. For each trip High Current element and the High Current Lockout element can be
enabled or disabled. Its possible to disable the fast trips and define the number of trips before the
lockout with the fast trip disabled. With the fast trip disabled the recloser will trip using the fast trip
disabled phase and ground TCCs. The recloser is able to detect the cold load condition. If the
relevant feature is enabled the recloser will trip using the cold load phase and ground TCCs; its
possible to define the max number of trip before the lockout during the cold load, the reclosing
interval and the duration of the cold load. The recloser can operate using the 3ph trip-3ph lockout
mode or the 1ph trip-3ph lockout mode or the 1ph trip-1ph lockout.
