    LETTER OF OFFER

    Dear Mr. Sahib Singh

    With reference to your interview and subsequent discussion you had with us, we are
    pleased to offer you a position of Office Executive with Master Mind, Khanna.
    You are required to join by 1 February 2017 otherwise this letter will stand
    rejected.

    You will undergo of one month and no leave will be granted. Your services may be
    regularized after one months satisfactory performance. Your probation period may
    be further extended if failed to perform satisfactory.

    Please find enclosed a copy of the joining report. Please sign it as a token of your
    acceptance and return the duplicate copy along with the documents mentioned
    below within 2 working days.
