2. Executive Summary
Aliens Group is in need of assistance with assessing, building and implementing Aliens Space station
Gachibowli - Tellapur, Hyderabad, which may include the following:

Full fledged project mangement consulting services

Project MIS and on field execution
Pre & Post execution services

Our team has significant experience in Real-estate development and has a successful track record
with similar clients and projects. We pride ourselves on delivering only the best results for our clients

3. Process
We will work closely with you to build and fulfill the needs of this project as a PMC partner. We will do
this by establishing clear goals and a comprehensive solution based on Aliens Group's needs.

Our process to achieve this is as follows:

Phase 1: Initial Consultation

During this phase our team of experts will review any and all systems related to Aliens Space station
Gachibowli - Tellapur, Hyderabad in order to determine any existing pain points and/or leverage
opportunities. We will develop a list of any and all solution possibilities based on this initial
consultation.

Phase 2: Solution Model

After reviewing your current systems and outlining possible solutions, our team will work with yours
to to implement the best solution. This approach allows us to tailor the solution specifically for Aliens
Group's needs and ensure it does not include excess paid services for which you will not need.

Phase 3: Implementation
Once we have both agreed upon a solution, our team will begin implementing the Aliens Space
station Gachibowli - Tellapur, Hyderabad plan. We will first deliver a detailed outline of the plan with a
timeline that includes and and all relevant due dates and/or deliverables.

While due dates will depend on, and be adjusted specifically for, your project, here is a general
overview of what you can expect:

respective software and daily mailers done to respective coordinators.
Fortnight delay reporting and most effected activity report made by in depth scrutinizing
by Planning experts.

professional having over 25 years of experience in execution,
monitoring and controlling of large scale real estate development
projects. He has been one of key person in many pioneer housing
works across south east Asia. His expertise in large scale township
executions and handling large teams makes the essential part of
our core offering.

Mr. Vinod Rajput - Graduated as an Architect from Chandigarh

College of Architecture, Punjab University in India. To peruse his
prolific vocation forward he trained under renowned and award
winning architect, Zvi Hecker on various projects in Germany and
other parts of Europe. He did his Masters in Architecture in
Advanced Design Technology and Sustainability from National
University of Singapore (NUS). Being our architectural expert he
can bring a perfect match to tackle all the drawing and
architectural detail related coordination and Implementation
issues at space station

Mr. Anil Khatri - An expert project billing and quantity surveying

professional for high rise building structures and real estate
developments. He has been an integral part of holistic project

expert, who has been a part of some of the most significant
projects in india viz. WDFC, Delhi metro etc. Apart from being a
PMP certified professional and PM tool expert he is a known
management guru who authored Project management in a
Nutshell a self help PM guide. He has an extensive experience in
scheduling, cost monitoring and budgeting of large scale real-
estate and infra projects giving our clients an edge in all sorts of
planning needs.

Mr. Deepak Gusain - A hardcore project executor with 25+ years of

experience in site management and supervision would be one of
the best member as a part of our key offering providing the apt
supervision services for proper execution as per the schedules and
implementation of organisational program ensuring right
deliverables and project success. He has been the leader behind
successful completion of many state government & group housing
projects including Nagaland housing of project in 25 acres.
