Aqu est la lista de armeros que he compilado (con algunas notas por mi parte) y los
comentarios de los combatientes que utilizan su armadura especficamente para combate HMB.

Perdonad que sea en ingls. Lo tendris que traducir con Google... si eso os deja con dudas
acerca de cualquier particular, por favor, no dudis en poneros en contacto conmigo- y ya os
respondo yo a la pregunta que sea directamente. (ESO VA TANTO POR RAMON, COMO POR MI)

La ultima cosa, - Siempre cuando utilice cualquier armero, asegrese de explicar que la
armadura es para usar en HMB (combate full contact) y NO recreacin o SCA. (Algunos armeros
hacen diferentes tipos de armadura para cada cosa).

Nothing here is to be taken as an endorsement it is all just information so that fighters may
begin to familiarize themselves with a FEW of the armorers that are used in this sport.

They are arranged by national origin first with comments from me then flowed by comments

I use/have Jacek Matera Helmet. most armor element expensive but in very good quality, Most
of Cannabis Dei are using his helmet which is very good and inexpensive.

POLAND3- RKS Silesia:

Best armor is from Jacek Matera. He makes best helmets and armor in general. I would
recommend him first guy. Maybe his website is not impressive but his armor is.

UK#1 :
Suggests buying tempered helmets from Matera.

Denmark Captain:
We buy our helmets from Matera and we have a standing order with him.

Considered the best armorer in Russia, by several leading Russian fighters (including 1 of Berns
leading fighter who told me he uses Kretchet as his armor supplier).

dont make their armor.

The USA Captains business. It is pricey but you get what you pay for. This is the best of the best
in the USA (and most other countries) for durability and lightness. They work in Stainless spring
steel which very few shops can. He stands by his work and is known for making sure those that
buy from him are happy (ALTHOUGH ITS NOT ALWAYS HISTORICAL!)

USA #1 - National Team Vice-Captain:

Forge of Svan has done well. My gambeson is from there. I know some West coast guys have
armor they like from there.

USA#2- Regional Commander:

Great people to do work with, both corrzina are great, many like the type 1 back plate better,
but the front of the type 2 or how the skirt one the type 2. Ask for spring steel he does it. I also
use gambeson and padded leggings from him!

USA#2 Regional Commander:

We have a couple guys on the East Coast getting armor from there also. My gambeson is from
there and I should be getting body armor once I get around to taking the measurements to send
them.

USA#3:
I have a really nice set of padded chausses from them. Uther's corrzina came from them. They
have been timely and responsive for me with a good product.

USA#4:
Got a corrzina from them. This is the type 2 in Spring steel=

I have two corrazinas from them. Good for the price. they're not necessarily fast. I don't know if
I'd trust my skull to their craftsmanship, but body, arms, legs... sure

Spanish Captain:
I have ordered twice to steel mastery and had big problems both times
first time they didn't send some items of the order (around 300 worth) when I told them, they
just said it was impossible (meaning it was a lie I understand) I had to complain several weeks
and threaten to sue them until they checked and realizaed it was their fault. Few weeks ago I
bought a helmet on sale (mine got broken and I needed one to keep fighting) the welding on it is
so bad I can actually see through it in some points, it had the wrong shape (too wide and not
enought length from back to forth) and they did several drills to fix the bolt of the visor so it
popped out after first hit with the washer still on it, stress cracks have appeared near the visor
too. I told them it was shit but if I would send it back I'd have no helmet so I'll fix it but I wanted
at least a partial refund (sending pictures about it, in my opinion it's a generous offer). First
answer was that it was good enough for a helmet on sale, after I told them I'd go public they
have "offered" me to wait until BotN and THERE see the helmet and reach an understanding... I
don't know if they are always like this but for me they are FUCKING UNREAL.

French Captain:
Mentions Steel Mastery as one of the 4 armorers that his French Club uses.

USA#1:
I got my gambeson from Steel Mastery - there were positives and negatives - Pro - good quality
materials and looks nice Con - it took three tries to get them to accept my measurements, the
sleeves on the gambeson are not the right width or length and will need to be reworked.

USA#2:
I had a buddy who ordered stuff and did not get what he wanted. Workmanship was sub-par, but
that was 3 years ago, so maybe they have changed.

USA#3:
I have read about sizing issues.

USA#4:
Seen and heard good and bad about them.

USA#5:
They would not be my first choice of overseas armorers

USA#6:
My Gambeson from steel mastery fit perfectly, but apparently I am the exception.

USA#7:
I know people very happy with quality and fit of Steel Mastery. I also know folks who have had
issues getting there gambesons on time. The guys in my experience who are happy with the fit
are slim guys. The more stout gents tend to have size issues.

For my armour I went with Wildarmoury and it was all done on time as ordered (with one small
issue that is more of a design element than a functional issue). Expect a bit of a lead time as
they are busy and shipping can really add time to the order.
