Break In Method Video Project

You will be making a video with your group that has a solid script, at
least four songs, and is between 1-3 minutes long. The point of this
project is to work with the idea of different songs breaking into
something else. All parts of this project will be finished in class unless
something is not finished on the specific day it is worked on. Below is a
schedule of what we will work on each day.

Day One Exploration of Break In Method

Day Two- Create a Script and brainstorm songs
Day Three- Record and find songs
Day Four- Edit video to include songs

Below is the rubric that will be used for grading:

The rationale for using this rubric is that I want students to know what I
am expecting of them for their video projects. I wanted to use a rubric
over other forms because they can see exactly what they need to do to
get the grade they want. It also gives the teacher a clear guidance for
how to grade each video so that it is not judged on the contents since
those are unique to every group but rather on quantifiable
requirements.
