Lindsey Kirk is an outstanding educator with whom I've had the privilege of
working with over the past year. She is an amazing first year teacher that
has already learned how to target her students learning and develop their
skills and knowledge using creative and innovative teaching strategies.
Lindsey is very resourceful and effective in finding ways to increase her
students learning.

Lindsey is well organized and efficient in all of her tasks. She is dynamic and
talented and has an excellent rapport with her students, other teachers, her
mentor teacher, and her administrator. She has developed a positive class
culture, and has a wonderful relationship with each student. She has the
ability to communicate effectively, and has earned the respect of those that
she has worked with. Lindsey has excellent collaboration and cooperation
skills and is a valuable member of her team.

I have been impressed with Lindseys willingness to try new things and to
help her students learn and discover. She is able to keep learners engaged
and excited about learning and always strives to do what is best for each
student in her classroom. She has excellent classroom management skills,
uses effective instructional practices, and creates common formative
assessments to continually assess her students to determine individual
needs, growth, and achievement. I am grateful for the opportunity I have to
work with Lindsey.

Because of her skills, Lindsey Kirk would be an excellent candidate for any
teaching job for which she applies. I would give her my highest
recommendation.
