12.RAC/partiallyconfirmedTicketcanbecancelleduptothirtyminutesbeforescheduleddepartureofthetrain.However,refundwillbegrantedasperprovisions
ofextantRailwayRefundRule.
13.Incase,onapartyeticketorafamilyeticketissuedfortravelofmorethanonepassenger,somepassengershaveconfirmedreservationandothersareon
RACorwaitinglist,fullrefundoffare,lessclerkage,shallbeadmissibleforconfirmedpassengersalsosubjecttotheconditionthattheticketshallbecancelled
onlineoronlineTDRshallbefiledforallthepassengersuptothirtyminutesbeforethescheduleddepartureofthetrain.
14.ForSuvidhaTrain,only50%refundisallowedincaseofcancellationofConfirm/RACticketsupto6hoursbeforethescheduleddepartureofthetrainor
preparationofchartwhicheverisearlier.
15.IncaseofTrainCancellation,fullrefundwillbegrantedautomaticallybytheSystem.However,ifthetrainiscancelledpartiallyonitsrun,passengersare
requiredtofileTDRwithin72hrsfromscheduledepartureofthetrainfromthepassenger'sboardingstation.
