Calibration Equipments

Calibration: It is a process by which we configure an instrument by comparing its measured

value with a standard set of accurate calibrated values.
We provide a wide range of Temperature Calibration Equipments for both Contact and Non-
Contact type of temperature sensors for temperatures ranging (-80C) - 2600C.
Our Product series include Liquid Baths, Dry Block Furnaces, Black Bodies, Reference
Junction Units and Master Sensors.

Liquid Baths: These are highly stable calibration devices which provide a higher stability and
uniformity than a standard dry block system, and are used for contact type sensor calibration.
A liquid medium such as silicon oil, methanol etc. are used in these baths which are capable of
attaining sub-zero temperatures as well as higher temperatures.
We provide a temperature range of (-80C) - 250C in this category.
For controlling a digital self-tuned PID controller is used.
Multiple sensors can be calibrated simultaneously.

Dry Block Furnace: These are used to attain higher temperatures with higher stability, and
are used for contact type sensor calibration.
In this type we provide a temperature range of 50C - 1700C.
The temperature is controlled using a digital self-tuned PID controller.
A metallic/ceramic insert is used as medium which is interchangeable and can be customized
according to users requirement.

Black Bodies: A Black Body Furnace is used for calibration of Non-contact Infra-Red
thermometers.
We provide two types of black body Surface type and Cavity type as per requirement.
For Surface type a ridged aluminium plate is used as black body and for Cavity type Silicon
Carbide is used.
The temperature range for these type of systems is 50C - 2600C.
The temperature is controlled using a digital self-tuned PID controller.

Reference Junction Unit: For accurate measurement of a thermocouple its a common

practice to reference the cold junction temperature. This reference junction temperature
influences the output signal.
Reference junction units are used to cancel this potential source of error.
These units provide stable and accurate junction temperatures using precision controllers and
Peltier Thermoelectric modules.
We provide a temperature range of (-15C) - 90C as per requirement.

Master Sensors: For every calibration a master sensor is required which acts as the standard
to which other sensors are to be calibrated.
These sensors are highly stable and accurate with fast response and are manufactured and tested
under strict quality control standards.
We provide Master sensors such as SSPRT Semi Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometer,
RTD-TPRT, Master Thermocouple, Cold Junction Probe etc.
