The chain of command is the order of ranks in the League of Stooges. If

a stooge has a question/issue, then the stooge will inform the next highest
rank of their issue. If that stooge cant deal with it properly/deal with it at all,
then the process will go on. Eventually the issue will be answered, either by a
stooge member or the senior stooges.
