Thank you for your interest in DOPETs products and services, available here in Qatar. Having reviewed your temporary distribution requirements,

CABLE It is the clients responsibility to run all cabling prior to connection by DOPET engineer. Client is also responsible for recoiling
cable after decommissioning. Earth Point for Generators is to be provided by client if required.

ENGINEERS For the charges specified on page one, DOPET can supply the following engineers:

 Commissioning Engineer: To install and commission the equipment following delivery.
Resident Engineer: To perform daily checks, maintenance, periodic servicing and provide immediate 24 hour emergency
cover. The client will be responsible for providing all food, accommodation and telecommunication facilities whilst our
personnel are on site.

GATEPASS The client is responsible for arranging gate passes for our Personnel If required.

MAINTENANCE Client is responsible for performing daily checks and top ups of oil (15W40), water, fuel and batteries.

SERVICE DOPET will perform routine services during normal working hours at no extra cost. If required transportation and security
passes are to be arranged by the client, at their expense.

BREAKDOWN DOPET offer a 24/7 breakdown service at no extra cost. If the breakdown is deemed to be clients fault, over loading or fuel
issues etc, then the client will be charged QR 500/- lump sum per trip, security passes plus any spare parts or consumables
required.

FUEL Generators are designed to run on clean gas oil (diesel) only, detailed specifications available on request. Incorrect fuel can lead
to breakdowns and damage to generator, for which` the client will be liable. If generator stops due to lack of fuel, we will send
our Service Engineers on your request and will be charged per trip QRS 500/- Lump sum.

Sale Only Option

Fuel requirements will be calculated at the start of the project/event based on information obtained from the client (running
period, load profile etc). All fuel delivered to site will be charged on a sale only basis, should there be excess fuel at the end of
the project/event and the client wish to remove they may do so at their cost.

The fuel rate if noted above is for budgetary purposes only; the actual fuel rate is governed by Woqod Fuel Company and is
subject to market fluctuation and receipt of your company CR.

If DOPET supply a Woqod fuel tank, Woqod may insist that fuel management must be provided by DOPET and will be charged
at the above fuel rate subject to CR copy and actual rate being approved by Woqod.

TRANSPORT As Specified.

LOCAL PURCHASE
ORDERS Local Purchase Order must be provided prior to any release of equipment.

PAYMENT TERMS As Specified. All cheques should be made payable to DOPET. Due to our accounting procedures, invoices will be raised on a
rolling 4-4-5 week basis. All calculations will be based on a 30 day month.

INSURANCE Our standard conditions require the client at their own expense, to insure our equipment whilst in their custody or in the
custody of their transporter or any other representative. However, at the clients request, and for the specified waiver fee
(please refer to quotation), DOPET may waive this requirement, in which case the equipment supplied will be covered by our
standard insurance policy. All other conditions will continue to apply and the insurance cover will be subject to our Policy
terms. In the event of a claim the client shall be responsible for the minimum loss/deductible, presently 50% of the
replacement value of the equipment hired, the equipment value can be obtained upon request.

AVAILABILITY All equipment is quoted subject to availability at the time of placing an official written order.

MINIMUM HIRE All quoted rates are based on the stated minimum rental period. Hire charges commence upon mobilization / collection from,
and terminate upon return to, our Service Centre.

OFF HIRE To off hire the equipment we must receive written notification from the client.
DOPET reserve the right to reconfigure quoted power packages, but will ensure clients power output requirements are met. Standard Plant Hire Terms and
Conditions apply. If you require a copy of our terms and conditions please contact us and a copy will be faxed immediately. We trust that our rental solution
