MONTHLY SUMMARY
MANAGERS SUMMARY
During January, XXX continued with his programming. XXX was unable to have success with his
safety questions program, due to needing help answering the questions correctly. XXX was
unsuccessful meeting his hygiene goal and needed prompts to complete his teeth brushing
program most days. During January, he did a good job socializing with peers, on days they were in
the office. XXX needed a few prompts to make sure he had his listening ears on and making
sure he was giving people their space. XXX did a wonderful job this month with saying please and
thank you when wanting something. In January, XXXs mom and dad separated and XXX, his
mom, and sister moved out of the house. During a few shifts following the separation, XXX
mentioned his dad to staff, but did not talk too much more about the situation. During the start to
one of XXXs shifts, he was refusing to go with his staff. He was hitting and swearing at staff, but
mom talked to him and he turned his mood around. When upset during shift, XXX would often
walk off, put his middle finger up, tell staff to shut up, kick or call staff names. When upset at
peers, XXX would go into the sensory room to calm down. On one of his shifts, he got upset with
staff and ran off, but staff was able to get XXX in the car and talked about how he should wait for
staff next time. XXX understood and apologized. XXX utilized the Legacies office and the WSU
gym. He made crafts, played games and socialized with peers.
