I am a hard worker person, ambitious, passionate, love plant and can do multiple things at

once. Some of my friends call me a perfectionist as I believe that once you start anything
regardless of how small it is, you have only two choices. Either you finish it as perfect as
humanly possible or you do not do it in the first place. I believe that such a trait one of the
key factors of succeeding in anything, and thus it would help to manage everything. My
weakness is easily stress facing problem. But sometimes when I was under a pressure,
creative ideas pop in my head and I prepared everything well. Whenever big problem comes I
always try to set my head all cool and stay calm. Think, do things, pray and let God hands to
do the rest after Ive been doing the best thing I could do. (kolom 2)

I consider myself having adequate time to offer my services to this program. Honestly, Ive
always adopted this policy throughout my life, and it worked wonders. Entering this program
has been an important turning point in my life. The journey is almost over, but the experience
that I have gained will benefit me for the rest of my life. I have an impulsive urge to give
something back. Its not enough to tell my friends and promote it back home. I feel greater
desire to be a representative for this program, speak for my fellow colleagues, deliver their
thoughts, ideas.

Growing up in a culturally diverse country makes me respect to diversity. Moreover, Ive

been living in several cities in my country. It always becomes an interesting challenge for me
to adapt with new environments. I tried to explore deeper in many Agriculture subjects by
myself. Because of my excellent academic record (GPA 3.72), I was entrusted to become a
lecture assistant in tissue culture, soil science, soil fertility, plant physiology. I think that its
also a good thing if weve something in which were skillful and we share it with other
people to enrich what weve in our self.

Id love to see the world, study other heritage, other culture, study languages because I
believe with going abroad is the most effective way to learn languages, meet some new
friends, new people, develop skills and gain experiences that a classroom setting will never
provide. I also think being in a new cultural setting gives you an opportunity to discover new
strengths and abilities, gainning new connections, and creating my better dream than before.
I realize that by join this program as an International Student it will be great experience for
me because i will meet the student from other countries (especially korea) and learn many
cultures. In future, I want to be a lecturer and scientist also agri-preneurship in my country
because in Indonesia still lack of expertise in this field. I believe that this field has a
promising future in developing information and communication not only in Indonesia but
also around the world. I am sure by participating in this program, I will earn more knowledge
and valuable experiences and in the same time will share it to other people in my
environment. So there will be more people who can benefit from Agriculture and moreover
they can develop farming based technology.

Return home with new ideas and perspectives about yourself and your culture. The encounter

It may also help me to expand my view of the world. Itll provides me with an informed
and much less biased perspective toward other cultures and peoples. Ill be get to know
another culture first-hand. Personally experiencing another country will allow me to expand
my understanding of its culture beyond the surface-level differences in food, language, and
appearances.

And the most exciting is make friends and contacts around the world.
Ill get to meet and mingle with the locals as well as other international students. Sounds
good! I love society, I love people and I love to study new things.
