Designed a multi-phase Buck Converter for envelop tracking application using 0.15um GaN on SiC

Fully Differential Operational Trans-conductor Amplifier Design


The OTA consumes very low power of 643uW and is implemented in 90nm CMOS Technology
Achieving a gain of 94 dB and compensated to achieve a phase margin greater than 75 degrees

Complete design of a single-input multi-output Flyback Converter including transformer design
Aimed at 95% Efficiency 150W rated load, Optimization was done using maximum switch utilization technique
Simulated different characteristics using PLECS at lighter loads and rated load conditions

Bellman Ford Algorithm


Designed a dedicated hardware accelerator used to work out the shortest path in a weighted directed graph
Design was based on Verilog2001 standard language and simulated on MODELSim Altera 10.3b
