Use Syncopation, by Ted Reed. With the right hand, play the snare drum/melody line from the book
on the cymbal or cowbell, along with each of the ostinatos.

1) Hands only.
2) Right hand and feet only (if necessary).
3) Hands plus feet. Hand ostinatos 1-7 + feet ostinato 1; Hand ostinatos 1-6 + feet ostinato 2, etc.
4) Improvise one or all parts in the general style of the previous exercises.
