    1. This case pertains to updating the Library, Department of Mechanical & Aerospace
    Engineering. Currently our library is in very bad condition as the following problems
    are encountered on a daily basis:
    There is no proper arrangement of books
    No proper seating arrangement
    No record of books kept.
    Lack of space

    2. IAA has its own library assistant who is deployed in central library. We need a trained
    person for setting up library according to international standards

    3. We need following items for IAA Library

    Computer system with printer


    Sticker tags
    Book log register
    Transparent tape rolls
    Cupboards/Book racks
    Tables (2 sets)
    Chairs (8)
    Registers

    4. In view of the above, it is requested that para 2 and 3 may please be approved for
    updating department library.
