Sub: Admission offer to the programme MBA(IB) 2015-17 Winter Programme

Dear Candidate,

We are pleased to inform you that based on the admission test comprising Essay
Writing, Group Discussion and Interview, you have been selected for admission to this
Institutes 2 year MBA (International Business) Part Time 2015-17 Winter
programme. Please note that your selection for admission is subject to your fulfilling
the following conditions:

1 You should possess a Bachelors degree in any discipline from any recognized
university or institution. You are required to submit documentary proof of the
prescribed qualification at the time of joining the Programme.
2 You must have a minimum of three-year managerial experience (including self-
employment) as on 31st January 2015. In this regard, the experience gained by
you after attaining the degree as per Para 1 above will only be considered. No
Objection Certificate from the employer in original along with experience
certificates needs to be submitted at the time of joining the Programme.

3 The candidates belonging to SC/ST and PH category are required to submit their
respective certificates.

Prescribed tuition fee for the Programme with other charges is Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rs.
Eight lakh only) and Rs. 425,000/- (Rs. Four lakhs twenty five thousand only) for SC/ST
and Physically disabled candidates). Annual fee can be paid either in lump sum or in
installments as under:

You should send the enclosed acceptance letter, duly filled-in and signed, along with
two photographs with your name written on the back side, and bank demand draft of
Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) in case of SC/ST/PH candidates being the first
installment of fee and Rs 5000/- as refundable Library Security Deposit. The bank draft
may be drawn in favour of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade payable at Kolkata, so as
to reach IIFT by 5.00 p.m. on March 20, 2015. In case of non-receipt of acceptance letter and
requisite fee by prescribed date, the offer of admission will stand withdrawn.

Alternatively, the fees also can be deposited directly in IIFTs Bank A / C online as
per details given below. Bank details:

In case of online payment, the online generated receipt with UTR No. etc is to be
transmitted to the undersigned. However, in case the payment is not credited to IIFT A /C due
to any reason whatsoever, (including technical glitches). The responsibility of such non
payment lies with the student. IIFT will no way be made liable for any such lapses.

You are required to report at IIFT Kolkata Campus, Kredent Tower, Sector V,
Salt Lake, Kolkata 700091 on the date of Registration and Orientation of the
Programme. The tentative date of Registration and inauguration of the programme will
be intimated through email. The detailed programme schedule will be communicated in
due course. Classes will commence after the registration and inauguration.

At the time of registration you will be required to produce original certificates along
with a photocopy in support of your educational qualifications, experience, SC/ST/PH/OBC
(non creamy layer) certificate (if applicable) and original No Objection Certificate from the
current employer. While scrutinizing your original certificates or at a later date, if it is found
that you do not fulfill any of the conditions prescribed in Para 1 and 2 above, your admission
to the Programme will stand cancelled forthwith.

Please note that in all cases where admission stands cancelled or where a
candidate withdraws on his/her own, no refund of first installment of tuition fee will be
given.
