Leo Maurer ~ Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord!

321 Holy Hours were kept before the Blessed Sacrament this past week. The
mere fact that you get into your car and come to visit Him for a quiet hour of
prayer is in itself a prayer of great faith, for He said to His apostle, Thomas, you
believe because you see Me, blessed are they who do not see and yet believe.
Here Jesus is praising you for your faith in Him in the Eucharist. Those who keep
company with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament are His friends today who will stand
out for all eternity for their faith in His Real Presence. (Fr. Martin Lucia, SS.CC.) Call
Mary Jane at 330-753-6852 or Barb at 330-848-2024 for a private visit.

Attention: Holy Hour Captains, there will be a meeting in the rectory on Tuesday,
April 18 following the 5:15pm Mass to plan the upcoming dinner. All are encouraged
to attend.

Please keep in mind that St. Augustine Rectory will be closed on Easter
Monday, April 17. There will not be confessions that evening. The rectory will
reopen for business on Tuesday, April 18. Happy Easter!

Next week, we will take up the Catholic Home Missions Appeal. Right now, over 40 percent of the

at www.usccb.org/home-missions
