that the house was on fire?
A: One of the security guards of our
compound came to our house and delivered
the news.

A: Well, my brother asked me to call up our

A: I went back to the living room and told our
mom about the fire.

A: I went to where my brother was to help
with extinguishing the fire.
Q: What did you do?
A: I was in a line where the buckets of water
are being passed, together with my brother.
Q: How long were you in that line passing
buckets of water?

Q: Afterwards, what happened, if any?
A: Two firetrucks arrived.
Q: After such time, what did you do, if any?
A: I ran home and took the [insert gadget
here], went back to the scene of the fire, and
took a video footage of the fire.
Q: Why did you take a video footage?
A: My mom told me to take a video footage
of the fire.
Q: While you were taking a video footage of
the fire, where was your brother, Charles?
A: Beside me sir. He was giving directions to
our workers and facilitating the passing of
water buckets.
Q: What were you able to capture with the
video?
A: I was able to capture a footage of the fire
as it swallowed the house, the firemen, and
our workers throwing buckets of water
towards the burning house.

who captured the video.
A: Yes, sir.

immediate proximity of the house where the
accused resides, and (3) that the accused
was there during the fire incident.

extinguished?

duration of the fire?
A: He was in the scene of the incident with
me, sir.
Q: What was he doing?
A: He was still giving directions to our
workers sir, and was looking for the flashlight
he lent to somebody.

Q: What is this video footage?
A: This is the video footage that I took sir.
Q: When did you take the footage?
A: On the night of October 8, 2016
(Saturday), up to the early morning of
October9, 2016 (Sunday).

persons?
A: Yes, sir. They were the firemen who
responded and the other persons were our
workers.

this person?
A: Yes, sir.
Q: After the fire was extinguished, what
happened if any?
A: My brother talked to one of the firemen.
Eventually, they left.
Q: When the incident was finally done, what
did you do?
A: We stayed there until around [insert time
here]. To give instructions about the recovery
or salvage of valuables and also to guard
against possible looting/theft.
Q: So can you say that the entire time of the
incident, your brother was with you?
A: Yes, sir. He was with me the entire time.
