1.3 Inspection lifting lug production and installation of pile 3568-C06-058.

As per ITP step 15(Production and installation of ancillary) , GQIS inspector carried out visual and
dimension inspection for lifting lug during/after fabrication, finding the lifting hole dimension on cheek plate
was irregular and too small, the minimum dimension was 60mm that cant satisfied the drawing
requirement 74mm, sub-vendor stated that they would repair accordance with drawing.
After finished repair I will inspected again according to drawing.
