1. SMMARY / AREAS OF CONCERN:

1.1 Raw material inspection.
GQIS inspector performed raw material inspection according to ITP and specification, the detail inspection
scope as below table, all inspection data found in conformity with ITP & specification and traceability, the
surface hasnt found any indication of damage. The result is satisfactory.

1.2 Witness hydrostatic testing for flexible hose

As per ITP, GQIS inspector witness hydrostatic testing for flexible hose; Before testing, GQIS inspector
reviewed flexible hoses certificates, verified the drawing and specification requirement, checked calibration
certificate for hydrostatic testing equipment and valid time and confirmed that are satisfactory. Not any
indication of leakage was found during test, test duration 15 seconds and testing pressure was 20 Bar, which
in line with the drawing and specification.

1.3 Visual and dimension inspection for supports of pile 3568-C04-065 and 3568-C04-066
GQIS inspector performed visual and dimension inspection for supports of pipe No.3568-C04-065 and 3568-
C04-066 according to drawing and project specification, not found any dimension out of tolerance, but found
some scratches which was produced by flame cut when open the 95mm hole, already marked on supports
and factory stated they would repair that and then will inspection again.

1.4 Visual and dimension inspection for pile of 3568-C12-052-C

According to ITP, GQIS inspector randomly conducted visual and dimension inspection in-process, checked
pile of 3568-C12-052-C the length about 27240mm, outside diameter about1772mm~1784, the
roundness about 12mm, which in accordance with the drawing and specification, not found any surface
defect or damage, the result found acceptable.
