1.1 Witness coil sampling on site
GQIS inspector witness coil sampling on site, factory shall sent samples to lab for the properties retest,
confirm the process is meet the requirement and all information can traceable.

1.2 Witness macroscopic analysis for weld of pipe

GQIS inspector witness macroscopic analysis for weld of pipe 3568-C06-058-C(the factory identify
No.1120128), grinding the weld seam and heated affected zone and then flush by sand paper, painting
corrosion liquid of 14% nitric acid alcohol at the weld seam and heated affected zone, visual inspection or
applied less than 50 times magnifying glass and not found any welding defect.

1.3 Visual inspection for pipe of 3568-C04-066

GQIS inspector performed visual inspection for pipe of 3568-C04-066, and found some welding defect at
shear rings, and factory stated they would repair according to specification and drawing, and then I will
inspection again.
1.4 On manufacturing progress reference to attachment document: 3568 Production Summary-03.
