{a} Clarity

{b} Courtesy

{c} Correctness
 Communication skills;refer to the ability of conveying informations from one person to
another effectively and effectively. Or is the ability of transferring information from one place to
another. Business managers with good verbal and non verbal and written communication skills help
to facilitate the sharing of information between people within a company for its commercial benefits
,this communication creating the relationship among the people or workers to meet the intended
goals.

The following are the Cs of communication as principles of good communication.

{a} Clarity,this refer to the principle of good communication which means the quality of being
easy to hear or to see,this bring about efficiency and effective conveying different information
example this can be seen through voice,appearance of the speaker and receiver with different
actions
.
{b}Courtesy,is the principle that shows politeness in ones altitude behavior toward others
through this there is excellence manners,respectiveness and socially proper acts. Example this can
be seen when the speaker using some of the words like thank you,please, no thank you and pardon.

[c] Correctness,refer to the principle of good communication which involve free and good
speaking and communicating with others example when there is communication in
business,partners services providers,employees and regulatory officials, here there is need of
correctness in communication. This correctiveness will help effective success of the business
because it involve accuracy in communication.

Principles of good communication to people brings about deliverance of the massage

clearly,goals, and keeping every one involving by showing the feeling effectively. Without
communication even business would not be done because the transaction is done through
communication, is like water and blood to human being, without these there is no living.
