Our talented and growing Sales & Marketing team is looking for a sales operation
person to assist with the Alepo Sales IT ecosystem. This position requires stro
ng business acumen and the willingness and enthusiasm to be the Salesforce.com g
uru of the company.
The ideal candidate must be independent, innovative, possess the ability to comm
unicate effectively and help the company support worldwide organizations.
This role will act as a crucial resource and will be responsible for reports, an
alysis, automated workflow and all other functionalities Salesforce, Marketo, Tr
ello, Asana, Sharepoint, Lync, Office365 have to offer.

A data specialist who loves technical efficiency and can manage his or her own s
chedule to deliver solid, thoughtful work in a deadline-driven environment. On t
he other hand, we need a people person who wants to make his or her co-workers'
lives easier so that they can focus on serving our customers.
Technical Competencies:
Strong analytical skills to be able to effectively analyze end-to-end business p
rocesses, system flows and application issues
Understands concepts, processes, system dependencies and relevant technical func
tionality pertaining to marketing automation and CRM business applications
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong written and v
erbal communication skills, and an ability and passion to work in a positive and
collaborative team environment
Experience with Trello, MailChimp, Marketo, Google Analytics or other marketing
automation software a plus
Duties:
Take full ownership on Salesforce administration (configuration, roles, best pra
ctices, new users)
Partner with end users to create dashboards, reports, forecasts and other system
tools
Serve as system data expert. Ensure data integrity, data mapping, data cleaning
and data analysis efforts maximize the organization's ability to make appropriat
e business decisions
Under marketing,
Track leads: aggregate leads from entry to sale and track what works/what needs
attention, etc
Automate tools & ensure full integration (ex: Salesforce/MailChimp integration)
to help nurture leads efficiently and in real time
Supervise ongoing pulse of activities by solutions/segments to proactively help
maintain a good level of activity
Regularly review the way in which the application is being used in line with bus
iness requirements to ensure that the company is getting the most from the softw
are in the simplest way possible. Make recommendations to management as appropri
ate.
Review the content of each new release and its impact on business practices and
system functionality becoming familiar with any/all new features
Creation and maintenance of supporting Salesforce.com systems (e.g. Trello or Ma
ilChimp )
Creation and maintenance of training Wiki portal & SharePoint portals
Training of the new Sales teams to the IT Sales ecosystem
