Graduate Assistant of Student Organizations & Activities in Campus Life
Co-manage the Student Activity Scholarship Fund that financially supports students to participate in involvements with a full
academic year budget of $57,000.
Plan the Winter Organization Fair and coordinate education sessions about various topics that align with event learning
outcomes.
Meet with student organizations to discuss their membership policies in order to ensure all organizations align with new
inclusive & barrier free membership policy.
Co-manage the student organization website Wildcat Connection (Collegiate Link) and all social media communications from
the department pages in an effort to increase engagement.
QUINLAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, LOYOLA UNIVERSITY CHICAGO, Chicago, IL August 2015- present
Graduate Assistant for Student Services
Support the planning of multiple large events throughout the academic year, the annual Quinlan Case Competition & the
Quinlan Ramble spring break trip to New York City with an annual budget of $29,000.
Assisted in the planning of the 2016 & 2017 Commencement Celebration for the undergraduate and graduate population of
the Quinlan School of Business, with an attendance of over 700 guests and a budget of $75,000.
Revising existing programs such as the Quinlan Student Ambassadors to develop them further as leaders and creating
additional events to engage the Quinlan community.

ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY Tempe, AZ May 2016- August 2016


ACUHO-I Intern for Guest and Conference Services
Supervised a staff of 10 Summer Conference Assistants who were specific to the north side of the Tempe campus.
Oversaw 17 conferences before, during, and after groups were present on campus and served as the point of contact for
conference organizers in third party owned and university owned buildings.
Participated in a professional on-call duty rotation for conference operations on the Tempe campus.
Collaborated effectively with other departments and teams within the University Housing department.
HARVARD T.H. CHAN SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH, Boston, MA September 2013- July 2015

Served, as needed, as a coordinator for the Master of Health Care Management graduate program including preparing program
materials and helping with program logistics.
Maintained the content and appearance of the department website & ensured the departments Twitter account was
interactive.
Supported the department with special projects as needed, including working with numerous faculty on special assignments.

International Orientation Program Supervisor May 2013- August 2013
Supervised 9 Orientation Leaders who led 120 incoming international students during the program.
Coordinated 35 student sessions, including a health screening and F-1 paperwork check-in. Reviewed and updated the
personnel manual for the position.
Program Continuity Coordinator January 2013-July 2013
Supported professional and student staff members by addressing situations and being an emergency response personnel to
ensure the orientation program was run effectively.
Collaborated with leadership team to supervise the program and the staff, utilizing management and communication skills.
Assisted in personnel transition by researching and writing the first personnel manual for this newly created position.
Office Staff November 2011- May 2013
Trained new student office staff on procedures and policies of the Orientation Office during the summer and academic year.
Served as a Session Coordinator and was responsible for delegating tasks to other staff members to prepare for the session.
Aided Assistant Coordinator with analysis of staff and program evaluations and produced data from the summer programs
that were reported to the Vice President of Enrollment Planning and Management.

Supported the petitioning group at Emerson College to complete their charting requirements to become a recognized chapter.
Conducted Chapter Assessment and Planning Sessions for the petitioning group each semester.

Advised MIT and BU chapter brothers and executive boards about risk management issues and concerns.

Provided care including exercise, veterinary appointments, grooming, training, and socialization for the University of
Connecticuts live mascot.
Served as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders and helped advise on the search for Jonathan the XIV.
Supervised and trained the handlers for the mascot in order to maintain consistency between events and people.
