O2D22X/VSE Connection via Ethernet

Quick Set-Up Guide

This guide will help you change your IP address so you can communicate with
Dualis/VSE.

Assumptions: The correct software is loaded, the sensor is powered and connected to
your computer via a suitable Ethernet cable.

Left click on Windows Start Menu

Left click on Settings
Left click on Network Connections
Right click on Local Area Network
Left click on Properties
Highlight Internet Protocol TCP/IP
Left click on Properties
Select Use the following IP address
Enter 192.168.0.50 for the IP Address
Make sure Subnet Mask is 255.255.255.0
Click OK to exit and close other windows
Now you are ready to communicate

To reset your IP Address assignment once you are done with the Dualis connection:
Repeat the above steps, but select Obtain an IP address automatically instead of
selecting Use the following IP address. Now you are ready to establish your normal
network connection.

NOTE: These changes will NOT affect your wireless communication. You will be able
to connect to Dualis/VSE via cable and the internet via wireless simultaneously.
