Half of pineapple
One whole cup of strawberry

Directions:

1. Peel pineapple.

2. Juice all ingredients.

3. If failed to juice the mint leaves, stick a few of them in the glass with obtained juice.

4. Pour the juice into a glass.


5. This drink helps in preventing osteoporosis, reduces inflammation and provides a
natural boost of energy.
