PRODUCT SCOPE
BERGER VIP Plastic Emulsion is a PVA Co-Polymer based excellent quality Emulsion for interior surface
application. It is Lead Free paint .It has excellent brushability, flow, leveling, washability, smooth finish,
color fastness and long lasting durability. A blend of selective pigments, extenders and additives in
special Emulsion Medium make it a brand, top of its class. It has excellent adhesion on suitably prepared
surface with exceptional hiding and coverage. BERGER VIP Plastic Emulsion is recommended only on
interior surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface must be free from dust, dirt, grease, oil, heavy shoot, chalk, mildew etc. Remove all old,
flacking, loose paint to avoid adhesion problem.
New Surface Preparation
After Plastering, allow the surface to dry for minimum 12~15 weeks. Moisture contents must not
exceed 15% in the plaster before application.
After the wall is dry, apply one thin coat of BERGER Plasteron Primer and allow to dry for
minimum 04 ~ 06 Hours.
Apply the wall putty with suitable scrappers.
Apply VIP Plastic Emulsion with Brush or Roller with recommended number of coats and
recommended time intervals.
Old Surface Preparation
Wire-brush the surface to remove flacking, loose Paint.
Scuff with suitable emery paper.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
For best results, apply 3 ~ 4 coats (Depends on surface porosity) of BERGER VIP Plastic Emulsion
with recommended time intervals.
Dilute the product with 01:01 with water for application. Donot apply Thick Coats to avoid Brush
Marks.
Donot apply on exterior surfaces or on glossy surfaces/enamels.
