The students were having a hard time to say I did not go well because I did not write it on the
Nebuchadnezzar Belshazzar, Shadrach, board. I should have told the story of Daniel just in
Meshach, and Abednego. Partly because I front of the classroom. Having them stay on their
mispronounced it. Even with several seats, they would be able to get their note book and
repetitions, the students still were not able to pencil. I could ask them to write the names down
say it. and that will help them to remember about it. Even
though remembering the names is not one of my
objectives, it is one of the important things that they
should remember in regards with understanding the
Bible stories.

The students could easily answer my review I should have prepared more challenging review
questions because they had all the prior questions to scaffold their understanding to the new
knowledge on their heads. topic that I have today. In the future opportunity, I
would use more variety of questions and choose the
students who look confuse, because I mistakenly
picked the advance students in Math class to answer
my review questions.

Most of the students went over pages as I was It did not go well because I did not give a clear
explaining the things on the previous page. instruction about the goal that I want them to know.
Some of them were able to finish the activity fast
for the sake of having things done. In the future
opportunity, I would walk around while the students
answer the questions while also remind them to be
careful in solving the problems. I could also check
on the students understanding and help those who
do not understand.

I failed to give a visual aid in Biblical Studies Since the topic for the Biblical Studies was about
lesson. the Fiery Furnace from Daniel 3, so I was planning
to turn on a candle and keep it inside a jar. I did not
try it beforehand. Thus, when I hid it from the
students because the Biblical Studies was held
after the devotion-, I found that the jar got cracked.
In the end, I could only show the broken and warm
jar to the students. However, I was able to make
them imagine if they would be walking in the fiery
furnace.
In the future opportunity, I will try to have a better
preparation especially for the visual aids. This
matters much on the delivery lesson.

I was able to run the class all by myself for My cooperating teacher decided to go to the
the whole day. hospital on Monday morning and she got bronchitis.
She told me the lessons that I need to cover. In total,
I taught 4 lessons the entire day. It was great to have
several teachers come and stay during the particular
hours. They were there just to accompany me and to
help me in managing the classroom. Personally, I
could say that it was a great privilege to be given a
trust to manage the class alone. From this
experience, I learned that in the future time, I might
lead the classroom all by myself and thus, I should
understand various ways in managing the
classroom. Moreover, I have to understand that each
student is created unique according to Gods image.
No matter what they have done, I am responsible
for their growth as an image bearer and for their
success in academics. It would take time and
numerous experiences. Having said that, seek
seminar and opportunity to teach in order to practice
what I have learned from the past experiences.

It took 10 minutes to get the students ready I did not deliver the instructions well when the
for the lesson while also bringing their marker students entered the classroom. Before the students

will always follow the teachers pace and thus, I
always need to remember that I control the students

I projected the Worksheet on the board that I did well in preparing the Worksheet for this

The students were having focus more on the I should have told the students to set aside their

Even though I saw his eyes got teary once the

what will happen in the future if he keeps on having
a misbehavior issue. Personally, I believe that a
counselor in a school could guide him to have a
better understanding regarding his misbehavior. The
school could also ask the parents help to guarantee
that they will work out the plan inside the house.

The students were attentive to my instructions I did well in preparing the students to learn a new

noticed that I that I was able to give clear
instructions on what the students need to do.

they could do while waiting for the class to ends. I
could not ask the students to help others because it
was an individual project that the teacher would put
on the students portfolio.

Some students works could not be uploaded I appreciate the system in SPH SC regarding the
to their e-portfolio. PYP teacher that should be able to teach all the
subjects and I understand that it is not easy to
accomplish. However, the school maybe could
consider of having a teacher for a certain subject to
help the students effectively in learning about the
subject itself and especially in producing e-
portfolio. My cooperating teacher could do it but
she was having a hard time to figure out some parts
of the students work that could not be shown on the
e-portfolio. In the end, she was not able to get the
right instruction of solving that problem and thus,
she had to continue this activity on the following
Computer class.

All the students were able to follow the My cooperating teacher did well in explaining the
