This meeting was held on April 6, 2011 at the factory premises of Three
M Paper Mfg Co Pvt Ltd at chiplun
Between Shri Vinod Patel of Anil Ltd Amehadabad and Shri Bijon Ghosh and Shri
Rajesh Patil of Three M Paper Mfg Paper Co Pvt Ltd Chiplun
The following things were observed and suggested.

1 Pump capacity and pressure to be increased into two shower upto 5

K.G
2 Pump delivery line and return line size to be increased
3 Additional one duplex filter to be installed
4 To install pressure gauze in return line
5 Distance between shower and mould to be reduced minimum distance
should be 600 mm
6 Nozzles to be replaced with new

By doing all these things your consumption of spray starch will be reduced with the
better result
We had provided flow indication measure flow charts, with the help of this chart you
can easily get the measurement and consumptions
We analysis the system charge and obverse the demand of cationic

The following things to be changed

1. Pump capacity 30M/hr,50 mt 15 HP/2900 rpm impeller size 200x

minimum pressure of pump delivery point 7 k.g/m at shower inlet 5 k.g
and in return line 2 k.g
2. Pump delivery line 11/4 up to filter from filter to header 11/4 header
to individual shower 1
3. Pressure gauge at individual return line
4. All shower are to be shifted toward mould by maximum possible
direction
5. One duplex filter size 6x18 with 55#
6. No of nozzles required for existing 40 nos to existing two showers
7. 2 nos showers with complete set.
