TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS AND FULL PAYMENTS

1. A 5,000.00 ( five thousand pesos ) or 10% of TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE ( whichever is

higher ), reservation fee is required upon reservation of date. The amount said is NON-
REFUNDABLE. The fee shall be deducted to the total amount contract price.

2. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required (1) one month before the reserved date.

3. Full settlement seven (7) days before the event

4. No DOWNPAYMENT No RESERVATION Policy.

5. Client Hereby acknowledges that in case of cancellation, for whatever reason before
the scheduled event, all payments shall be forfeited.

6. PO shall be issued/send thru e-mail to: rolandeventservices@gmail.com

7. Payment shall be made thru CASH or CHECK ( not PDC ) pay to CASH only.

8. By signing the RESERVATION , which also serves as a CONTRACT between the client
and ROLAN D PRO LIGHT AND SOUNDS Event Services, the client understands this
TERMS AND CONDITION.

SERVICE AND RENTALS

1. Shall provide at least (4 6) hours of time allowance for the catering staff to setup the
equipments before start of the event. Extra charges may apply if 1 hour is given to
setup , to hire extra staff to more efficient setup.

2. Meal for the ROLAND staff shall be provided which should include the ff: Lunch and
Dinner.

3. Equipment shall only be used for the specific event venue and scheduled time.

EXTRA CHARGES AND TRANSPORT

1. ROLAND Pro Light & Sound reserves the right to ask for additional payment on the
day of the event ( gate entry charges for subdivisions, charges of lack of service
elevator, over time fees for waiters, parking fee, etc. . ) Client must pay this in full in
cash at the end of the event.

2. Transport fee will be charge for out of town events. Transport rate shall be available
upon request.
I have read and understood the above. I agree with all the terms and conditions stipulated. I will abide with the
policies and signified by my signature found below. If I fail to sign this agreement , it means that I dont intend to
enter into any binding contract with ROLAND PRO LIGHT & SOUNDS , and that no delivery or services will be
made despite any down payment I may have made.
