An e-Governance web Portal for services like Access Management, Account Management,
Job Portal, Education Portal for registering e-learners, News, Government Certificates
(Death/Birth, Ration card and marriage certificate)

Responsibilities for the business and functional requirements development of projects -

Interacting with internal business and operational clients, and outside vendors and
internal IT groups

Conducting meetings with identified stakeholders discuss business needs and manage
stakeholder expectations as project progresses.

Supervised the support of 70 users running Windows XP and two servers running
Windows Server 2003; implemented asset management plan for inventorying
equipment; built a network operations team responsible for the internal infrastructure.

Migrated organization data from Windows NT to Windows Server 2003 with no


downtime during business hours.

Worked closely with Program Manager, Solution Manager, technical team and business
customers to formulate the high level IT solution.

NREGA: The National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) guarantees employment
for the unemployed in the rural areas for 100 days in a year through works such as
building roads, improving water supply and works that are necessary to improve the
infrastructure in rural areas.

Working with Government of Rajasthan in different districts. Issuing the biometric smart
card (Job Card) to the persons enrolled under the NREGA scheme. The smart job card
enables the card holder to track job information and withdraw cash by swiping the card
and without going post office or Bank.

NRHM: National Rural Health Mission Dholpur District intends to develop, install and
maintain a web-based portal for better health services for the purpose of increasing
expenditure on health, reducing regional imbalance in health infrastructure, pooling
resources, integration of organizational structures, optimization of health manpower,
decentralization and district management of health programmes, community participation
and ownership of assets, induction of management and financial personnel into district
health system, and operationalize community health centers into functional hospitals
meeting Indian Public Health Standards in Dholpur District.
