Question 1. Why do you want to work for this company? Why are you interested in this job?
Answer: - I want to work for this company because I have heard a lot about this company and
great achievements of this company. I am interested in this job because I feel that working for this
company in this job would lead to a bright future.

Question 2. Have you done this kind of work before?

Answer: - Yes, I have done this kind of work earlier also. It gave me a great experience and
helped me in improving my work experience. Now I feel that I can do the work in a better way.

Question 3. What kind of training or qualifications do you have?

Answer: - Well Sir, about my qualification I have done Business General from St. Lawrence
College, Toronto, Canada.

Question 4. Tell me about yourself. Why should we hire you?

Answer:-Well, About me. Myself Ashok Kumar nationally an Indian. I came to Canada to get
higher studies here. Talking about my personality, I am someone who is mature, candid and who has
integrity. Every day, I work to improve myself and my skills which is part of maturing and becoming
better at what I do. You should hire me because I am modest, but hard working. I am a type of person
who can execute on difficult task. I take responsibility for my actions and when things go wrong I
don't look to outside forces to blame, rather I'm someone who looks at where I can improve upon the
next time around. Pointing fingers solves nothing.

Question 5.What do you do in your spare time?

Answer:-In my spare time I often do exercise. I think that exercise keeps us both physically and
mentally fit. It takes away stress and oxygenates our brain. Moreover, I read books which help me to
build new skills in myself by which I can do my work in a better way.

Question 6.What do you think of working in a group?

Answer: - I think that by working in group. One develops and practice skills in decision making,
problem solving, values clarification, communication, critical thinking, negotiation, conflict
resolution, and teamwork.
Question 7. How do you react to instruction and criticism?
Answer: - I take the instructions given by someone as an advice that will help me to improve my
work .I am open minded about criticism and accept criticism, learn from it and improve myself to avoid
getting it again. Then I try to be cool and just ignore it, but ask myself why someone found opportunity to
do it and think that I should do my job perfectly to avoid getting it again.

Question 8.With the kind of work experience you have had, do you think this job would bore you?
Answer: - No job is never boring because we always learn new skills. All new job give us new
experience and as I have mentioned that I love to work in team .Team work give us new energy and we
interact with many people which give their interesting ideas so how should I get bored.

Question 9. Why did you choose this line of work?

Answer: - Three of my cousin are accountants and I grew up listening to them
about this work together and was always interested in their work. When I learned
to work in this field, I found it much interesting and decided to choose this line of
work and move forward in this field.

Question 10. How well do you work under pressure or tight deadlines?
Answer: - I can even do better work under pressure by thinking high pressure as a movement of
fun. Pressure is the time of showing strength in front of the world and moreover if a person wants to
be successful, He should not crumble under pressure.

Question 11. How often were you absent from work in your last job? Have you ever had any
serious illness or injuries? Do you have any health problems?

Answer: I was never absent from my work in the last job. With Gods grace I never had any serious
injuries. No I dont have any health problem.

Question 12 .Have you ever been fired or quit a job?

Answer: - I was let go because one aspect of the job wasnt a strong fit for me.
My managers were highly satisfied with my customer service and technical
support skills, but I did not consistently meet the monthly sales goals. I am now
shifting my attention to jobs that focus on ensuring the satisfaction of existing
customers. These positions offer a better fit for my listening and communication
skills.

Question 13. Why haven't you worked recently?

 Answer: - I haven't worked recently as I want to study more on my profession so for that
purpose I do higher study to increase my limit of knowledge and to achieve my higher goals. This is
only reason for that I have not work recently.

Question 14.What are your long-term goals or career plans?

Answer:-. One of my long term goal is to take my company at the top of the world by serving the
best of my knowledge. And I also want to keep moving forward in my life to continually grow my
company.

Question 15.What do you feel are your greatest strengths?

Answer: - Some of my strengths include loyalty, hard work ethic, humor, flexibility, ambition,
excellent verbal communication, creativity, strong interpersonal skills specific skills and knowledge.

Question 16.What do you feel are your weaknesses?

Answer: - There are some weaknesses which I want to tell you like -Being too critical of myself,
attempting to please everyone, difficulty in getting along with people in first few meetings too much
focused on work with no time to relax, too much ambitious and sensitivity.

Question 17.How would you describe your last employer?

Answer: - They're good employers. They've taught me a lot; I've gained a lot of experience and
I feel appreciated by them for the results I achieve and, generally, as a member of their team.

Question 18.What five words would be describe you?

Answer: - The five words by which I can describe myself are- Confident, Good learner, honest,
Dedicated ,Team Player

Question 19.What did you like about your last job?

Answer: - What I most appreciated about my last job was the dedication to internal growth. They offered
options for continuing education that helped improve my abilities to function within the company.

Question 20.Why did you leave your last position?

Answer: - Change is very much essential for betterment and I felt this is the right time to switch
myself for a better career. And I felt this is the right time to switch myself for a better career.
Moreover I left the job because I wanted to work with your company and wanted to develop new
working experience and improve my skill.
Question 21.What are your long range goals?
Answer: -One of my long term goal is to take my company at the top of the world by serving the
best of my knowledge. And I also want to keep moving forward in my life to continually grow my
company.

Question 22.What kind of machines or equipment have you worked with?

Answer: -I have worked with many machines which are essential for office work. The machines
are the back bone of all the office so I have learnt and use this machines very well. Such machines are
Dictating Machine, Printer, computer, scanner and production machines.

Question 23.What type of salary are you looking for?

Answer: - I want an income in proportion with my ability and qualifications. I want the salary
that should meet my daily needs and help me live a satisfactory life.

Question 24.What do you know about our company?

Answer: - I read about your company it is one of the fastest growing companies. And also it is
giving a great competition to others. And also in this they gave me career rather than a job according
to their knowledge and skills.

Question 25.Do you have any other skills of experiences that we have not discussed?
Answer: - I believe my skills and experience are a very good match for the person specification.
You're looking for someone with a significant amount of high-level experience. You need someone
with considerable skill in financial management, able to build turnover - and, most importantly, to
build turnover profitably. And I assure you that I will fulfill your needs.
