So in my last post (get work lightworker) I shared the need to stay in our

hearts no matter what. To truly honor whats important and not be

swayed by chaos that can shift us from our peace to ego. Since our
Awakening Is done through our hearts being in this space..
lets say is the most favorable goal.
Coming from an Empowerment view we know we are the Masters of
our Reality. If we have triggers then we can still be swayed out of our
hearts. Honoring these lessons and stepping into the teaching moment

Letting go, giving it to God, and saying fck it are a few ways to move on
and not obsess with the trigger.
But when a trigger takes ahold and emotion sets in how do we evolve
from there?
Answer: by spending time with this trigger and allowing it to
shift. Dont ignore it or jump in an run with it..instead sit quietly
and BE with it.
Observing it allows it to heal and be transmitted from your blue

Take some ME time: of self love, baths, set out some flowers, soft
music, alone time.
Sit with your journal in a comfortable position: with your water
and possibly some crystals that have asked to join u
Align and connect: with your subtle body feeling your breathe,
heartbeat and physical body
Connect to your higher goddess-self: and guides and ask for
support to shift and have clarity of this trigger and lesson
Step into the feeling: in your body of where you felt the Trigger.
Notice any colors, visuals, or feelings.
Observe: for a few full minutes
Journal & Ask some questions out loud: What do I need to
understand from this situation, why was I affected, where did
this originally come from or what is the underlying issue that
needs resolution
Step into forgiveness: At this point you are the master of your pain
trigger and you can forgive all those involved including yourself,
let go of or rewrite your memories and heal
 Empowerment: create some beautiful affirmations/tools and
stepping stones of light and love around yourself for you to use at
the right moment if this trigger is touched again.

Start the SHIFT:
1 Decide to Make Connecting to Nature a GOAL
2 Take the Time: Like many things in life we get better over
time. Actually Making it a part of your routine, and planning to do
it wether daily or weekly will START A HUGE SHIFT
3 Preparation: Go alone whenever possible, have your goodies like
sunscreen, hat, water, snacks, and a variety of clothing options,
maybe a book, towel, chair,etc. I always have my car packed
with everything, so based on the weather, my moody, and what
calls to me I know what to take. And bring a
GIFT/OFFERING (more below)
4 Start Small: dont expect grandiose nature phenomena and psychic
events to occur. Think of it as the Beginning of a Courtship. You
are just getting to know each other. Play it cool. Relax, have
some wine if you want;) You dont want to force anything like a
date with the only goal is a happy ending. Keep your intentions
pure and simple. Having No expectations is A KEY to
Opening the DOORWAY
5 This is NOT an ADVENTURE SPORT: That is someones intention
and it involves SHOES! Shoes are a definite No! Of course at 1st
use your shoes if you must to get to where you want. Then when
possible sit and take off those shoes! Walking, swimming, laying
on your back, reading are all approved but keep it light
6 BELIEVE: THE NUMBER ONE KEY TO OPENING UP THE
ENCHANTED DOOR IS TO BELIEVE! So many of us have it
backwards. We dont believe until we SEE. But there are many
things that are off about that belief. Seeing is ONLY one of our
senses that we HAVE been maybe conditioned to over use and
there for need to believe. We want PHYSICAL PROOF. Our
Other senses have taken the back seat. Believing actually
OPENS the door for them to enter and exist. We truly do create
our realities.
Give a Gift/Offering/Make or create: Born on this earth we create
our homes, grow our food, enjoy the breezes, swim in the oceans and
consume and build over whatever we want. Mother Earth, The
Elements and Nature god/goddesses give us everything we need. How
often do we get a chance to say thank you? Most of us dont think
they are ALIVE so it actually never occurred to us. Like I said think of it
as a date.
1 Bring a Flower, Pick a flower and hold it with the INTENTION of it as a
Thank you. Hold It with Your LOVE.
2 You can bring small stones, a shell and create a small offering
area. You can Pray into the area or put your intention, light an
incense etc. (more on that later too/blog to follow). Just think
how you were as a child. You painted, created, picked flowers
for your Mother. This is the Same;)
Open Up Your Consciousness:
1 Chill the Monkey Mind: For the 1st 10-30 min when I get to a
location I actually just chill, check my phone, go to the bathroom,
play out my day etc just doing my normal stuff. Theres actually
quite a few things happening during this time. I am acclimating to
the energies of the location, allowing the nature spirits, stewarts
and gods of the land to size me up, my heart rate is adjusting and
calming down, and my brain is playing out that last bits of
monkey mind.
2 Offering: Set out your Offering, gift. Say Hi give your Intent. ( if
 you expect nature to talk you gotta open the door;)
3 Get COMFY and MEDITATE: 1st For sure start with some DEEP
breathing, and GROUNDING. Feel your Heart beat and
CONNECT WITH THE HEART BEAT OF THE EARTH (more
meditations to come)
4 Raise Your Vibration: This is where the DOOR is wide open. You
can Chant, OM, Sing, Dance, play music, drum, singing bowl etc,
You can Move to the wind and do an energy dance (meditations
to come)
5 NOW CONNECT: This where you can practice with opening your
different senses. First connect with FEELNG. Feel your Breath
for a few rounds. Then FEEL the wind and air movement on your
body, Close your eyes and just listen to the birds talking, the wind
blowing and singing through the trees. Practice with ONE sense
at a TIME and One part of Nature at a time and connect. Plug
your ears when you are feeling, cover your eyes when you are
hearing. Practice for Awhile feeling and the earth beneath you
and around you.
Have Fun with Nature:
1 Give & Receive Love: Feel Vibration of Love, Feel it in your heart,
spark it and send it to each of the nature sprits and animals you
connected to. Send Love and gratitude to Mother Earth, to a
Tree, to the ground, to a stream through your hands, feet and
from your heart. Then Allow and Let the Flow of LOVE come to
You. Breathe it in, fill your Body, Cells, Lungs and Heart with the
Love of our Mother Earth.
2 Talk and Ask for support and Love or clarity, send blessings to loved
ones
3 Read to Mother, walk, dance, swim and play, create a sand art,
earth mandala, or Altar or rock creation.
Communing with Nature: Communing with Nature can take a bit of
time to know how to read the signs. Nature is Subtle and
communicates in Higher dimensions. Which is why we raise our
vibration, fill with love and open our Unused Senses. Here are some
ideas that worked for me. Remember communicating is a two way
street. You have to ask and be open to the answer the way they
answer;)
1 Ask the Wind to show you it can hear you. Ask to feel it. Ask for it to
 show you how it moves and flows.
2 Ask for a cloud to come over and say hi
3 Ask questions and lay under the clouds and look for pictures and
signs.
For the most part connect, ask and open to receive answers. A
slight wind, a bird chirping are all signs that nature is
communicating with you.
As humans we might think its a bit conceited to say that nature
is communicating or answering us.
It is OUR NATURAL TALENT and Hidden Gift.

bodies of Water to do healing work rather than land. This also brought
me to a new friend that said to me I want the swim with the dolphins,
can we clean the oceans too?
The next day after we met I went down to a secret mermaid beach (that
very few have had encounters with) to connect and asked the Ocean to
show me how to heal water.
This is Powerful!!! I was shown to combine a few magical
techniques
1.) Water Crystals: I have been playing around, working and learning
from using toning and prayer to change and heal water. Learning
from Dr. Emoto who has documented that water forms beautiful
Crystals of Sacred Geometry when spoken nice words, prayed over,
surrounded by beautiful pictures, saying thank you and I love
you. Similarly speaking horrible words to water creates distressed
irregular shapes.

Water can be changed with a Chant, Prayer, Thought, Mantra,

Vision, Music, Honoring it and yes with LOVE!!!!
2.) Self Talk/Affirmations: This means that the water in our bodies
can be changed too Since our bodies (lets pick an average of what Ive
read) are 80% water!!! Why do you think we are asked to watch what
we say to ourselves and to others!!! Ive been working a little with
talking to the cells in my own body to vibrate with more and higher light
and regenerating the ones that are not able to vibrate the highest
light. I use affirmations for many things on a daly basis. To balance
and ground, bring light into my chakras, connect to my higher self, and
for protection to name a few.

Stepping into the High

Priestesses
During my walk with the Goddess I was guided by spirit (and my
very persistent guides) to make a Head Lei (Haku) with the local
Ferns and Flowers.
Often on my walk in nature I did not want to waist time making a
head lei, I felt it wasnt important and just fluff. I avoided it also
because of societal norms and working through the
uncomfortable feeling of drawing attention.
Connecting with Goddess Hiiaka

Transformed and Connected

with the Divine
Until one day I collected a few fern leaves and sat under a tree
with the soul purpose to make the lei. I was completely
transformed and experienced a feeling Ive never felt before. I
felt Taller, softer yet Standing in my Power. There was a
euphoric feeling that overcame me. I felt Graceful and Flowing
as I walked, I mean floated across the land. I had no worries in
the world, no chatter in my head and I was one with nature and
the Divine.
Having this experience made me search deeper as the scorpio
me always does. I took to heart that my guides where showing
me something extraordinary and I knew I had much yet to
uncover from this moment. In meditation I received more
answers.

I went further and wondered about the Crowns and
Headdresses worn throughout existence by our Ancestors and
Why Certain Symbols, Metals & Stones where used. We know
that they where a sign of authority, as well as being used for
religious ceremonies. Each crown had its own significance and
symbolic meaning.
I was putting it together. I knew that Symbols Give Power and
that all symbols have a Frequency.
Therefore, by wearing a Symbol you Tap into The FREQUENCY
of that Symbol and Essence. The Ancients must have believed

12 Metals: Copper is one of my Favorite. Copper is ruled by the
planet Venus. Copper embodies the nurturing aspect of women
and their youthfulness. It is associated with the matters of love &
lust, and symbolizes characteristics like charisma, feminine
beauty, artistic creativity, affection, caring and balance. It is also
considered a healing metal that teaches about living a fulfilling life.
13 Animals: You can also look into animal totems and symbolism
which also carry much power and wisdom.

Using a Sacred Circle around

the Crown Chakra for Power
Id like to add that by just adding symbolism and elements to
 your hair or body gives you their frequency. However these
frequency are far more Powerful when used in a Circle on the
Crown of the Head!
3 Crowns form a Circle! Circles themselves contain
power! During my walk with the Goddess while doing the
Native American Eagle Dance I was shown that when you
have movement within a Circle, Source Energy can Flow or
actually Enter from the Cosmos!!
4 Placing this Power around the Crown Chakra (which is
our Direct Connection to Source) is Brilliant not an
accident.
5 Wearing Circular Head Adornments intensifies your
Power. Adding Symbols etc adds to YOUR Abilities and
Wisdom.

vortex that connects you to your True Self, or the Divine.

which means infinite, thousandfold, or thousand-spoked
wheel. It is the chakra of consciousness, and symbolizes the
threshold between psychic and spiritual realms. It is where one
attains the highest levels of consciousness and
enlightenment.
12 The Crown Chakra also governs the brain, hypothalamus, and
pituitary glands.

Preparation and Set up

Asking Permission: Before Starting any Ceremony you always need
to ask permission. You will get better and faster at this as you do
it. There are many way to do every one thing in life. But if you do not
have method you can try mine until you find your own. I say I, full
birth name am connected to My Higher Self, My I AM presence, My
Over Soul, My Spirit Guides and The Angels of my Highest Self. Feel
and see this happening. I ask for the Guardians of this land on which I
stand to come forth. Dear Guides please share with them my
intentions for the Ceremony and to bring blessings upon this land
according to the highest will of God. You can see a Yes from
your guides, feel a breeze of wind on your skin, or feel the Yes of
Course, this is why we brought you in your gut.

Set up: Bring drinking Water, Baskets or Bags for your supplies,
towels, cushions, hat, sunscreen, powerful snacks like nuts, water to
rinse hands and stones if needed, Sage, Sea Salt.
Connecting to Nature Spirits/Collecting the Supplies/Meditation
Walk: To keep it simple and within the same energetic field I choose
flowers and supplies that are within walking distance of where my spot
is. I use a variety of baskets and bags, zip locks for small pieces is
always helpful too. Before I choose anything I ask Permission (again)
and ask my higher self to connect me with the Nature spirits and to
communicate to me which pieces of nature would like to participate in a
Mandala Ceremony. You will be amazed at how nature will speak to
you literally jumping out saying pick me, pick me. You will also be
shown parts of nature that others just walk by without noticing. Your
future nature walks will never be the same. I use this time to walk the
Perimeter and within the park area I am doing the Mandala ceremony to
connect with the entire area, the Stewards of the Land and Elementals.
Bonus Points: Try to avoid using scissors. Nature will come willingly
and this way you are connecting with both hands. Go Barefoot and
Ground and Bless the Land with Your LOVE as you Walk. Cleansing
your Body and The Area you are going to create the mandala at. You
can use Sage, Palo Santo, Incense, Salt bath before or sink your Toes
in the Ocean. When stepping into the Ocean I add a sprinkle of the salt
water on my crown, 3rd eye, throat and heart.
How much to Collect: Gather More than you think, and yes numbers
are important! 4, 8, 12 of each item plus a few extras since we are
dealing with nature, leaves and flowers can wilt or not be a right size
and you wished you had picked a few more. This is living art and very
spontaneous. Extra supplies are always a good thing. If you are going
to use seeds or something small you might need 30-100. Extra items
can be used for completing the circle or as an offering back to the land.

Clearing the Space/Connecting with the Earth: I always get down

on my hands and knees and feel the soil, sand, earth and comb the
area clearing away debris and connecting.

How I create a Mandala

Center and 1st Tier: I move from center out. I choose a heart shaped
stone, crystal or beautiful flower for my center piece. As I am building
around the center I am connecting to my nature supplies, and the land
beneath me and I start playing and creating geometrical patterns from
the inside out.

2nd Tier: from there look at your supplies and always check in
with the land. See if a pattern or visions comes to you. Also
TALK to your Nature Supplies and Flowers!! They will Show you
the Best way to Bring Out Their Beauty and Energy!! You are
creating a Vortex energy Generator of Mother Earth Love, let the
Supplies and Elements show you the way.

Completing the Circle/Adding in the 4 Directions: When I get to

the outside circle I finish using stones, crystals or rocks for the 4 Sacred

then I complete the Circle (fill it in). Basically creating a Medicine
Wheel/Mandala. As a Priestess of Mother Earth and a quantum Earth
Energy Healer one of my passions is to create a Portal of Earth Energy
to funnel up through the Mandala.

East: Guardians of the East/Air: Inspiration symbolizes the realm of
thought, learning, knowledge, harmony, communication, all things
mental, and breath. It is associated with Spring.
South: Guardians of the South/Fire: is the creative spark, it represents
our passions, the fire within. It is the element of change and symbolizes
will, heat, freedom, vision, love, and power. It is associated with
Summer, and the full Moon.
West: Water, Gardians of the West: is the emotional realm, it
symbolizes healing, dreaming, flowing, the subconscious, all things
internal, and cleansing. It is associated with Autumn.
I then connect with the Elements in each of the directions and connect
the 4 directions making it now a powerful Vortex swirling energy. Then
if guided I am able to pull the New Light Energies from
the Galactic Center Down to create a Portal of Powerful Frequencies
Raising Consciousness . I work in body and out of body the entire
time with my Higher Self and Team of guides.

Finishing the Mandala/Players/Protection: When I was working on

my 2nd Mandala (my 1st Mandala alone) I picked up a Tiki looking
piece of Coral that seamed to have a personality of his own. When I
finished the Mandala I knew inside that he had elected himself to be the
guardian of the Mandala. I now refer to these guys as Players. They
represent an Element and have asked to be in the Mandala Ceremony
Creation, but are not in the Middle. These are My Mandala Protectors.

After the Ceremony: Rest and Enjoy your Mandala. Eat, Drink
and Be Still. Take in the beauty of your Creation and Merging

ingrate the Light energies, & go through the Purging process as
Nature has opened you up to a Higher Dimension on during this
entire meditative process.
Creating Mandalas alone are a Very Healing Process aligning the
2 hemisphere in the brain and bringing out healing light within.

GODDESS. A return to the Mother. A return to the Goddess

Healing of the Divine Masculine

in our modern society, masculinity has been seen as a problem rather
than something that should be embraced because it is rare that any
man exhibits true masculinity. The only example of masculinity we
currently have is the shadow side of masculinity. The time has come for
men to allow the divine masculine within them, to surface. Want to
know how?
Regardless of whether we are male or female, we all have divine
masculine and divine feminine energy within us. It is beneficial to draw
on these energies within ourselves whenever they serve us. But it is
especially important that we release resistance to the essence of the
specific gender that we chose for this life. As it applies to men, the path
of self-actualization asks that those who were born male, embrace and
express their masculine essence.
In our modern society, masculinity has been seen as a problem rather
than something that should be embraced, because it is rare that any
man exhibits true masculinity. The only example of masculinity we
currently have is the shadow side of masculinity. This shadow side of
masculinity fuels the societal idea of competitive hierarchy. In other
words, it fuels the idea that one person on top of another person. The
shadow side of masculinity perpetuates vertical thinking. Vertical
thinking is comparative thinking; where it is possible to be better than or
less than someone else. And so, the power struggle was born. And so
were the Abrahamic religions. The Abrahamic religions replaced the
traditional view of divine balance in the universe (which up to that point
had been represented by god and goddess) with a solo male god.
When a solo, male god became the source of life and hope for
salvation, the feminine characteristics of fertility, creation and life were
now seen as masculine qualities and femininity held no more cards. It
was diminished. The result is that for thousands of years, men who
succumbed to the shadow side of masculinity (not those who
embraced divine masculine) ruled the earth. The men that ruled the
earth, ruled with domination, control and patriarchy; things that have
nothing to do with divine masculinity.
Divine masculine represents action, direction, movement, responsibility,
strength, focus, fatherhood, the sun, generosity, encouragement,
material abundance, clarity, intellect, transformation and growth. The
divine masculine is what is going to support the birth process of the
new earth, which is being brought into manifestation by divine feminine.
Thus, the new earth is a co-creation that depends on divine feminine
and divine masculine both coming into its full respective power. To
allow the divine masculine within yourself to surface, search for these
aspects within yourself. Every Man is a unique expression of the divine
masculine. Therefore, coming into alignment with the divine masculine
within you is not about conforming to an archetypal idea of what divine
masculine is or isnt. It is about releasing the things that disallow your
own unique masculine essence from radiating through you. It is about
re claiming who you really are. Ask yourself, is there any part of the
traditional male gender role that I actually enjoy? For example, do you
enjoy going to the gym? Or do you go to the gym because you think
youre not good enough if youre too skinny or too fat?
Most men associate masculinity with being a jerk and hurting people.
Even though hurting people has nothing to do with masculinity. The
goal for you, as a man, is to awaken the highest aspect of masculinity
within yourself, not to become testosterone driven, competitive,
egomaniacs. It just so happens that the standard example of the
masculine man is the man whose divine masculinity is drowning in
shadow aspects. In our society, the typical masculine man is also
known as the asshole. A person most men dont want to be. But it is
because of this association with masculinity that most men dont want
to embrace their masculinity. You throw the baby out with the bath
water, which is understandable because the only version of masculinity
you see, is not an actual version of masculinity.
Here are some suggestions, which will help you tap into your own
divine masculine:
Explore, question and heal your ideas and feelings towards
fatherhood and towards your own father. It does not matter
whether or not you actually want kids; most men still have
unhealthy ideas and feelings about fatherhood, which need to be
healed. Your first introduction to the divine masculine is your
father. If you have resistance to your father, you have resistance
to the divine masculine within you. This means that one of the
most important parts of the process of coming into your own
 masculine essence is to examine and heal the relationship
between you and your father. For some of you, this will feel like a
tall order a tall order but dont worry; this does not mean that you
have to take action to re connect with your father. Your father
does not even have to be alive in order to heal your relationship
with him. What you do need to do is separate yourself from your
father so you can shed off all the damaging ideas he passed on
to you and set yourself free from him. You will find that once you
distance yourself mentally and emotionally from him, You can
learn to be yourself and only then can you make peace with your
father. Only then can you truly embody the divine masculine
within you.
Examine the current perception of manhood in your family and in your
culture. Is your concept of masculinity benefitting you? Examine
what you learned while you were growing up about what it meant
to be male. Examine the traditional gender roles and associations
with masculinity on your culture. This will vary even from culture to
culture in your own country. For example, where I live in America
the traditional role of being male entails:
Being the provider
Protecting and defending women and children
Managing money
Either playing or watching sports or both
Being the head of the household
Responsibility
Strength
Hunting
Weaponry
Gaining power
Being a husband
Being a father
Not expressing fears/other emotions (especially not crying)
Having a successful career
Achievements
Owning a nice car
Building or maintaining fitness and physical prowess
Being able to fix things
Doing the manual labor jobs around the house
 Opening doors for women
Doing the heavy lifting for women
Shaving facial hair or deliberately growing it out
Standing up for yourself and others
Keeping your hair short
Confrontation
Being goal oriented
After you examine what it means in your family and culture to be
male, decide what parts of that you connect with and enjoy and
what parts you do not. Which ones do you personally feel reflect
the divine masculine within you and which ones do you personally
feel suppress it? The answer will be different for all men, because
the divine masculine expresses itself in different ways.
Embrace forward movement. Imagine you were watching your life
third person. Imagine following yourself for a day in your life. Are
there areas of your life where you feel stagnation? What choices
could you make (and enact) right now to bring forward movement
into those areas of your life? Masculinity is all about direct,
forward moving energy. When you make a decision, you open the
door to what you want and close the door to what you dont
want. This prevents you from scattering your energy in different
directions. It ensures that your vital energy will move in one
direction with force and direction, like a missile locked on a target.
A big part of moving forward is the willingness to take risks and
learn how to turn mistakes into beneficial lessons to propel you
forward even faster. Stagnation is the opposite of masculine
energy. When you are unwilling to make mistakes, you stagnate
and the divine masculine energy within you becomes suppressed.
No more hiding from fears. If youre committed to embracing your
masculinity, it is time to face your fears head on.
Adopt a confident posture. Confidence is forward moving energy.
Your confidence will naturally make your body language and
posture change; but what most people dont know is that you
can deliberately use confident body language and posture to
create mental confidence. Stand up straight and tall with your
shoulders back and your chest exposed.. Walk with purpose.
Look at people in the eye and hold your body in a posture that
exudes purpose. Everything about masculinity is direct. This type
 of posture is quite different than using posture that is defensive.
Divine masculinity does not actually manifest in the body as
closed defensiveness (which is what many of us identify as
masculine weve all seen the gorilla guy at the gym). Masculine
energy is not a wall, instead it is very open, and it rushes forward
to meet you. Making sure your posture reflects masculinity goes
hand in hand with making sure your clothes reflect masculinity.
Wear clothes that fit you. If you are drowning in your clothes, you
will naturally feel smaller and this can diminish masculine energy.
Take a look at your wardrobe. Does your current personal style
reflect who you want to be (which is who you really are)? Or does
it reflect someone you dont want to be any longer? Does it make
you feel powerful and progressive? Or does it make you feel
young, small and stagnant? If your personal style does not reflect
the masculinity within you, it is time to change your personal style.
Be an active giver. Masculinity is not a passive receiver of love. It is an
active giver of love. This means, learn how to initiate. Be a
transmitter. Masculinity is generous; it isnt stingy with itself or
with its resources. This applies to sex as well. Masculine is to
sexuality what feminine is to sensuality. Channel your sexual
energy instead of repressing it. A real man does not let his energy
get stuck in the sacral chakra at the level of lust. He is brave
enough to let it move up through his heart and mind. When you
feel yourself getting sexually stimulated, take the energy you feel
in your pelvis and breathe it up through your body. Visualize
breathing it up your spine and into your chest and neck and
head. Visualize it flooding your whole body. Channel this energy
towards heart-centered pursuits; let it drive you to action.
Visualize that energy radiating through your heart chakra. You are
not at the mercy of your carnal energies. Sexual energy is energy
you can use. You can channel it towards anything you desire. In
fact, many male athletes find that their most successful
performances are the result of deliberately channeling sexual
energy towards their sport.
Take on the role of the encourager. If you are the worrier or the
skeptic, who warns yourself and others against going through
with things (who warns against forward movement) you are
suppressing the divine masculine. Dont warn people around you
 off the path they are headed towards. Instead, encourage them
towards their fears; encourage them to make the attempt. Honor
their process. Allow them to make mistakes without rescuing
them. The rescuer is not a function of manhood; it is a function of
boyhood. The rescuer is a boy trying to prove himself. A man
does not need to prove himself. Divine masculine is all about
growth and encouraging others towards growth. Encouragement
is the most divine manifestation of the masculine expression of
love.
Take responsibility. To embrace the divine masculine within you, you
must learn how to own your own life, mind and choices. Inner
strength rides on the ability to consciously take charge of
yourself. This means, no more blaming other people for your
problems. You can only move forward when you discover what
you are doing to hold yourself back. Divine masculine
understands that you can only change yourself; so your only axis
of power is what you do with yourself. Hold yourself accountable
for everything you think, say and do. Catch yourself in the act if
you are thinking and acting like a victim. Part of taking
responsibility for yourself is coming to know yourself. A big part of
the forward movement of divine masculine is the inner quest for
self-actualization. If you are avoiding things, most especially
yourself, you are suppressing the divine masculine.
Pick a skill, trade or specific expertise to fully develop. Divine
masculine is about excellence. To excel means to move forward.
It means growth. It doesnt matter what you choose to turn into
expertise as long as you have something in your life that you are
determined to develop and master. It may be beneficial if you
struggle with masculinity, to choose something to master that you
already associate with masculinity.
Examine your resistance relative to being male on the spiritual,
mental, physical and societal level. Resistance is a word we use
to describe the energy behind negative emotion. Do you have
resistance (therefore negative emotion) relative to how tall or short
you are? Do you have resistance relative to being a husband? Do
you have resistance relative to opening doors for women or
paying for dates? Do you have resistance relative to your job? Do
you have resistance to your level of fitness? Do you have
 resistance towards being direct with others? Do you have
resistance to sex? Does some part of you believe that it isnt
manly to express your emotion? Or to really get your hands dirty
raising children? If you feel resistance relative to any aspect of life
that you identify as male, you have something in the way of the
divine masculine within you. For example, you do not need to play
sports to embrace the divine feminine, but you are suppressing
the divine masculine as long as you associate sports with being
male and continue to harbor resistance to sports. Try to find your
core beliefs relative to the resistance you feel and then release
those core beliefs. Nothing allows divine masculine to shine
through better than releasing your resistance to the things you
associate with masculinity. Many of the beliefs we hold about
masculinity have nothing to do with actual masculinity; they are
just the cultural byproduct of resistance.
You need to be willing to heal your negative emotions relative to
anything you identify as male to set the masculinity within you
free. It is exhausting suppressing the essence of who you are.
And so, it is time to quit suppressing who you are. Trust me, as
soon as women stop accepting the role of victim and come into
alignment with their own feminine power, they will all thank you
for it. We are not actually attracted to what we have tried to turn
you into. We disrespect what we have turned you into. We
secretly love men!
Learn about women. Learn about our cycles, learn about our bodies,
and learn about our minds, our cultural conditioning and our
desires. In the past, the collective belief among men has been
that if you want to be a true man, femininity is an off limits subject.
But how do you intend to support the divine feminine and conjoin
with the divine feminine if you know nothing about it? All that is, is
child like ignorance. The more you learn about women, the more
confidence you will have around them. This is especially
important if you are in a relationship with someone. Every woman
is different. We are only a mystery to you if you dont take the
time to understand us individually. So learn to ask us questions
and pay attention to us. Continuing to propagate the belief that
women are a mystery sets you up to fail. Once you become
convinced that we are a mystery, it is my promise that we always
 will be. There is a little theory that goes like this, women like men
that are either ass holes, or treat them badly. It isnt true. The
reality is that one of two things is happening.
a. We had a father that treated us badly and so we are constantly love
reincarnating our fathers because our brains are trying desperately to
get the love we needed from our father. Our subconscious minds are
on an agenda. If we can make a guy who treats us badly, treat us
well we have solved our daddy issues.
b. We are biological creatures. We want to feel safe (most of us dont)
so we want to breed with someone who is a good protector and we are
driven to create genetically superior children so that they will survive
too. It just so happens that most men who are protective (therefore
subconsciously make us feel safe) and possess the features that we
subconsciously associate with strong offspring tend to be more
jockish and aggressive. We are not attracted to the asshole within
them. We are simply attracted to the little bit of divine masculine that
shines through these men. And since so few men have learned to
awaken their divine masculine, we take all we can get. We are not
attracted to meekness in men, and it just so happens that many men,
who are nice, are meek. That feels like weakness to us. It makes us feel
vulnerable and it shuts down our biological sex drive toward you. We
do not want to breed with weak men. And so we often find ourselves
feeling sexually turned off by nice guys. But the truth of the matter is, it
has nothing to do with your niceness; it has to do with your meekness.
We want a man who is a perfect blend. One who is tender towards us
and towards children, but who exudes the masculinity that we melt for.
Were simply convinced that this type of man doesnt exist. So, we
settle.
As women, we tell you a very confusing story about what we want and
dont want from you. We want you to be men and do things for us but
we want to do everything for ourselves. We have a come support me
and then now go away type of attitude. This is not your fault. We do
this because it is confusing to be a woman. We want you to open our
door for us; most of us just dont know it yet because weve been
taught that you opening the door for us, makes us powerless to you
and incapable. It has nothing to do with you. This is not your problem.
We as women have not come into our divine feminine power and so
were still fighting you for power. We are full of beliefs about the things
that strip us of freedom and power over our own lives and bodies. And
so, were afraid to let you be men. We have erroneously believed for
years that the manlier you are, the more we get hurt. Why? Because
our only model of masculinity is the asshole too! Feel free to ask those
of us who are stuck in a fight against you for our own sense of power,
to question our own beliefs. Expose us to your beliefs as well. It will aid
our expansion. Most of us havent questioned our beliefs relative to
gender roles. So help us out. We hate fighting against you this hard.
Were too stressed in our own lives to keep it up and it isnt healthy for
us or for you.

suggest reading the book King, Warrior, Magician, Lover by Robert
Moore and Douglass Gillette. It is a wonderful book that teaches men
how to become the embodiment of the matured form of masculine
energy within them. Divine masculine does not need to be cultivated or
created within you as men. It is you. It is the essence of your choice to
come into this life as a man. It is an ever-present energy that is always
there, it is merely obscured by your thoughts and actions. If you begin
to clear your minds and lives of the things that are obscuring that
essence, it will immediately shine through on its own. And I can tell you
as a sensual woman, there is nothing more intoxicatingly addictive than
a man whose divine masculinity shines through.

the Sacred Feminine

Healing Duality
In the history of humankind we have arrived at the juncture where the
disharmony and violence within the collective of humanity and
destruction against Gaia Sophia the spirit name of our Mother,
Earth poses an alarming threat to continued Life on this planet. The
wounds of this conflict are indeed a reflection of our individual and
collective disconnection from the very source of all Life Divinity
and pro tanto the natural world of Gaia Sophia.
Contemporaneously to the never-ending moment of destruction, we
are being called into the era of Conscious Evolution: to consciously
and collectively evolve beyond the endless moments of
disconnection, discord and disharmony that presently exist on Earth;
to actively participate in creating a New Earth, grounded and centred
in our awareness of our inherent Divinity and Oneness; the Oneness
that we find in Unity or Fifth dimensional consciousness, as creations
of the superior force of Life the Creative Life Force of All That Is.

Integral to our collective healing is our remembrance of the Sacred

Feminine essence, energy and principle. The Feminine principle and
energy is the source of our connection to Love, to Creation, and is the
embodiment of a deeply held connection to Nature, Mother Earth.
She is the very fabric of our life. She is the force of love and unity that
flows within our collective and individual psyche, regardless of our
gender. She is the destroyer of illusion and the healer of wounds. She
is the Goddess and the Spirit of Life. She is the Seer and her voice
is one of immense insight, embodying the qualities of wisdom, love,
intuition, understanding and compassion. She is our connection with
Nature and our natural world. She is the means by which we are
connected to Earth and all realms. She is grounded in Nature, deeply
connected to the source of Life, and the speaker of the language of
wisdom, balance and Love.
Yet the light and force of the feminine has been, by current and
historical systems and practices, suppressed into silence, pain and
darkness, resulting in a profound disconnection from Creation and
cataclysmic harm to all of Life. And so it is now that we are called to
consciously remember, re-join, celebrate and rebirth into the present
realm of the third dimension, the awareness of our inherent Divinity
and reunite with the love of Sophia: the Sacred Feminine essence
and energy that is the conduit to the Source of Life.
And it is a real need, as humanitys future depends on our ability to
evolve into awareness of our Oneness and the vibration of the Fifth
dimensional consciousness of Unity, Divinity and Love. So, in the
path of our Conscious Evolution into a New Earth, any story that does
not carry within it the voice, vision and wisdom of the feminine the
Sacred Feminine is an incomplete story and journey of humankind
from this moment forward.
The Philosophy of Conscious Evolution
Humanity will consciously evolve by the dual process of unbundling
and untangling ancient man made beliefs and practices, and
contemporaneously, re-birthing into the present realm the wisdom
and knowledge of our Sacred lineage. In so doing, we remember that
we humanity are the products and constituents of the source of
Life and as such, we are but mere players on Lifes stage, creating
our reality daily.
The path of our conscious evolution is found in individual healing and
transformation into self-love and re-connection with the source of all
Love our Divinity. And our collective transformation is borne of the
remembrance of the inalienable truth that We Are All One; that each
of us is an intrinsically unique expression of the One Creative Life
Force; that we are all sourced from Source, and that Source the
Creative Force of Life, the Great Spirit is a force of Love.

And so, to heal and evolve, we must remember, reunite with and
embrace all the parts of self and heal the inner child within: for the
path to healing is a path to wholeness. In the words of Marianne
Williamson, you must learn a new way to think, before you can learn
a new way to be. But more than ever before, our challenge is to
move beyond thinking and into the felt sense of our hearts as we
chart the path to healing and wholeness.
By this process of consciously evolving through remembering,
reintegrating, craving wholeness, healing and loving we
become seekers, attuning our vibration to that of Love
Consciousness. At the same time, by the process of deconstruction,
we fracture the collective psyche of the stories of old, creating space
for the conscious mind and heart to open and expand, within which
the voice of Love Consciousness of Life can start to be heard.
And, by both processes, the amnesia experienced at the time of
birthing into this realm and which we have experienced for millennia
the loss of memory as to Source and the wisdom and principles of
Life may finally be recovered and restored.
The Dance of Life
All of Life is created by Life: the universe, the planets, the earth, the
stars, humanity, the races, all species, all of nature. It is the Superior
Force of Creation. And within the matrix of the energy of Life (not the
matrix of man) all of Lifes creations were created as unique and
equal expressions of Life. As a statement of our inherent potential,
we must learn to exist in the energy of Life attuned to Life and each
other as unique and inalienably equal expressions of Life, with the
consciousness and awareness of our Oneness. In addition to our
Oneness, within the system of energy that is Life are embodied
(amongst many) the principles of spiritual lore, equality, comity,
harmony and balance, or simply, the laws of Nature. These principles
bring to us the awareness that we must all co-create with each other,
Nature and with all of Life to create the world that we live in. It is a co-
creative dance, and we call this the Dance of Life.
Within the energy field that is Life exists the principle of harmony and
balance, commonly expressed as the Yin and Yang of Life: the
balance of the masculine and the feminine is the epitome of this
balance. To achieve balance, the interplay between the masculine
and feminine, needs to be in concert with each other, with all Life and
Gaia Sophia our Mother Earth. Within the system that is Life, such a
dance cannot be danced alone or in isolation to Life; and as we will
see, the failure to balance opposing forces results in the descent into
the primal. Further, because we know that the Yin and Yang is the
dance of opposites, we know that it is our differences, and the
celebration of those differences, in which the beauty and majesty of
Life and creation lies. The masculine is not the feminine. The
feminine is not the masculine. But within each we carry a thread of
the other. The feminine and the masculine represent and exemplify
the symbiotic dance of equal, complementary, interconnected and
interdependent forces in the Dance of Life.
When we speak of the Divine Masculine and Sacred Feminine we
speak of an archetype, being the archetypal qualities that each
embody as an expression of Love and Spirit. Understanding of
course that the expression of each comes through each imperfect
human being, we do not seek perfection or polarity but rather, the
understanding of the inherent value and need for the true, balanced
and symbiotic expression of the qualities, principles and values of
each.
In the process of our Conscious Evolution, we are called to review
and adjust the beliefs and systems of this world that are out of
alignment with Life.
The Illusions of Patriarchy
And so we identify a body of thoughts, beliefs and practices that are
named patriarchy.
We know and understand by historical and current world conditions,
that patriarchy is the force of power and suppression of the
Feminine, rooted for millennia in religious doctrine and subsequently
shape-shifting throughout history into a variety of different models,
beliefs, practices, ideologues and forms. And as we observe the
history and the harm of patriarchy, we see complex and layered
systems of belief and practice that ask us to believe that the feminine
spirit is inferior to the masculine and ergo deserves inferior treatment
to man. And we observe the harmful and too often brutal treatment of
women, and everyday sexism in cultures the world over, which treat
femininity as somehow shameful or second-class. We observe global
regimes of commerce, politics, religion, society and culture that
embody patriarchy, and we see the consequence that these tangled
and usually hypocritical beliefs and practices create for women, all of
humanity and Sophia Gaia, herself.
And we continue our observations as far as they need to go until we
do not need to observe any further. And then we question, as a
matter of Life and creation What is the truth of patriarchy?
We can only but see that Patriarchy is a doctrine of belief,
made by man, for man. It is not a system of Life, nor do any attempts
to reduce or diminish another being of Life, reflect or exemplify the
greatness and largess of Life. Such action is not attuned to Life or
aligned with Love. Life is the creative force that created all of Life and
all of its constituent parts within it. It is a force of divine and
unremitting Love: and a system within which principles of Spiritual
Lore, Oneness, energetic balance and harmony prevail. Anything that
does not exist in alignment with Love, and in balance with all of Life,
is not a system of integrity nor aligned with Life. The vibratory force of
Life the Creative Force of Life makes no distinction of value
between masculine and feminine: only, by his history, has man done
that.
We see patriarchy by its own actions and practices is a man-made
system of fear, dominance, power and control, seeking to diminish
and suppress the feminine yin and only worship and exult the yang.
And sadly, it does so on the basis of nothing more than spurious
reasoning, ancient and fanciful story telling, violence, censorship and
control to support its stance. Yet any system, or being, that must rely
on the use of force and suppression to claim power and control is
entrenched in a lie. For truth which is in fact Love and indeed
carries its own vibration does not exist in nor depend on violence:
whether that violence is physical, emotional or spiritual. Consequently
patriarchy, being a man-made belief and in some cases law and
therefore not a system of truth cannot be seen to be of the Lore of
Spirit i.e. Spiritual Lore.
In the words of a Native American proverb:
Mans law changes with his understandings of man. Only the laws of
spirit remain always the same ~ Crow
Further, when we reflect on history and current world conditions, to
determine the efficacy of such a man-made system, we recognise
that the present imbalance and discord in our physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual worlds is the exact measure by which we see
patriarchy (and the systems it has created) is not aligned with Life.
Rather, by its practices, we see a man-made system unhinged in
separation, delusion of superiority, violence and destruction, with
consequences that it then blindly and falsely labels as progress,
commerce, business and nationalism.
And so we see that the patriarch has separated himself from Life, and
is fastidiously labouring under the mistaken belief that he is superior
to Life; busily creating the systems of man and all the while ignoring
and dismissing the voice and wisdom of the Feminine and the voice
of Life. Reflecting a state of cognitive dissonance with Life, and ergo
a fundamental abandonment of self, patriarchy is not only a retreat
from the Feminine, it is an opposition towards her and Life. Patriarchy
is an opposition to the natural counterpoint to the Divine
Masculine and the Love Consciousness she embodies. It is the
sound of one hand clapping.
Such a disconnection from the Feminine essence, from Life, foretells
of an evolutionary descent toward the primal. As ultimately any force
of Life existing in a polarized and out-of-balance state will ultimately
become a force of destruction. And indeed such destruction and
a descent into the primal reflect the out of balance and polarized
conditions in which we presently live.
And so, we know that the violence towards the feminine and violence
towards our natural world are inextricably linked. The patriarch
eschews wholeness, reverence and humility. Instead he has cleared
the dance floor of Life, generously provided to him by Life, and is
instead chopping it up for firewood.
But look carefully and you will see that the fight of the patriarch is not
a fight with the feminine but in truth, it is a fight with the Self for
anyone who lives deeply in opposition to another is to live in fear of it,
and to live in fear is to fail to live in concert, reverence and
thankfulness with the majesty of Life. To co-create with Life, one must
be attuned to Life, not fear. One must resonate with the heart of Life
and not merely the egoic free-will mind of man. And so, the path of
our Conscious Evolution is the call of Life back to Life, back to
Her so that we may dance in concert with her, within the matrix of
Life, and co-create with her and not against her.
As we start to resonate with the truth of Life and return humanity to
wholeness, our reunion with the principle, wisdom and essence that
is the Sacred Feminine is ordained. She is the fabric of Life, and only
the healing power of the feminine heart, wisdom and compassion can
lead humanity back into wholeness.
As the Native American Proverb, says:
A womans highest calling is to lead a man to his soul so as to unite
him with Source. A mans greatest calling is to protect woman so that
she is free to walk the earth unharmed.
That is the Dance of the Feminine and Masculine, in the Dance of
Life.
The Effect of Patriarchy on the Feminine
To further understand this path of healing and reunion, we must see
and understand the consequence of patriarchy on the feminine
psyche and spirit.
Throughout history, the Feminine has suffered by the voice, beliefs
and practices of the patriarch. She has been stripped of her value
and her significance in the balance of Life. She has been censored,
ridiculed, denied her voice and the worth of her standing. She has
been ridiculed and mocked for her feminine wisdom, intuitive vision
and beliefs. Her intelligence, or right to intelligent thought and
expression, has been questioned. The expression of her emotional
world has been used to dis-credit her. She has been denied the
dignity of the rightful, authentic and natural expression of
her Womanhood. She has been denied the very integrity and
sovereignty of her feminine being. She has been demeaned and
belittled and has been left to argue of her value, to plead for her worth
and to fight for equal treatment. She has been tortured, raped,
abused, objectified, brutalized, sexualized, discarded, diminished and
harmed. She has been burnt at the stake and drowned as a witch.
And through it all, she has been threatened into the renunciation of
her feminine intuition, voice and vision her wisdom and terrorized
into acquiescence, conformity, silence and submission.

The consequence of this collective experience, over many lifetimes,

lives in the psyche of women around the world. And the Feminine, by
the relentless denial of her inherent value and worth, has come to live
in deep conflict, confusion and alienation with her own Self; her heart,
her voice, her sexuality, her body, her expression, her worth and her
confidence within herself. And, living within an imbalanced system of
conflict, women have come to live in conflict with each other. And so,
the true Sacred Feminine energy and essence majesty,
sovereignty, radiance, mystery and wisdom has become shrouded
and repressed and all but lost in darkness, anger, shame and grief.
Sadly, in her place has come to stand a masculinized feminine form;
the woman who strives for masculinity and denies the value of her
own inner wisdom and truths. And all the while, in defending her-Self
to the Patriarch, distracted by the fight for his approval and to match
and mirror his masculine energy, the radiant and true light and voice
of the Feminine has become all but silenced.
Yet, despite the gravity of this harm, it is not enough to speak of the
wounds suffered by women alone: because the wound is suffered
by all of life by women, men, Mother Earth Gaia Sophia and all
creatures of life as a result of the suppression of the Sacred
Feminine expression. The impact of patriarchy and the wound it
creates is suffered, universally, by all of Life.
And so to heal we must seek to repair the torn fragments of the
Divine and Sacred Feminine consciousness that exists within all
women and all Life. We must seek to recover and reclaim that which
has been discarded, censored, abused and denied, because that
which has been denied is so precious and valuable.
Evolving Beyond Patriarchy and Feminism
To evolve in Oneness, humanity must evolve beyond the duality of
the Patriarch and the Feminist for neither is truth and neither
is aligned with Love Consciousness. Indeed, the tension of the
ongoing conflict only reinforces the alienation and harm: and fails to
awaken the true voice of the feminine. It is time now to dance in tune
with Life, Masculine and Feminine together, in remembrance of our
divine and sacred heritage.
To do so, we must embark on a path of individual and collective
healing charting our way to wholeness. We must acknowledge the
unspoken and as yet uncrystallised truth that the Feminine is equal in
all respects to the Masculine. Woman is equal to man. Man is equal
to woman. All are equal to each other. We Are All One. We are all
creations of Creation.
It is time we move beyond the duality, to instead embrace our truest
and deepest essence, and to begin healing the deeply held wounds
of Patriarchy that have eroded the sovereignty of womanhood and the
feminine self esteem and expression. And which has eroded the
balance of all Life on Earth. It is possible to live in a world with less
violence, less trauma, less disharmony, less abuse and less
suffering. But to do so we must exhume from the vaults of repression
and silence the voice of the Sacred Feminine that lives within us. The
voice that lives within all of humanity, and within Sophia Gaia
herself for it is a reverent, beautiful and nurturing voice of hope,
light, vision, kindness and life. And so, having fractured the collective
psyche, we must raise the esteem of the Feminine and place greater
value on her return than anything that has gone before.

This choice may well be filled with trepidation, for some. But it is time.
Within the very wound inflicted by the Patriarch lies the source of
humanities collective power and growth in consciousness. This is the
wound that must now be healed. Because our Conscious Evolution,
and our capacity to craft a world that exists in wholeness, harmony
and balance, relies on the light of the Feminine to guide the way: for
the benefit of all spheres of life on Earth. In this moment of
Patriarchal darkness, she is the light of truth, the voice of reason and
the Seer of the way. She is the only way. And the natural balance of
Yin and Yang between all of humanity and our treatment of Gaia
Sophia, Mother Earth, must be repaired. Life is calling us back and
we must find our way out of this maze.
Returning The Sacred Feminine
So, understanding its immensity and the inner conflict it may create, I
make a call to the women of the world to walk the path of healing
to return to the ways of the Sacred Feminine: to look within to find the
source of your feminine identity, essence and self. Look within to heal
and find the truth of your voice, wisdom and heart. Look within to find
your courage to embrace your inherent value, intuition, wisdom, and
healthy & sacred sexuality and wholly embrace the sovereign state of
womanhood. Look within to find your true feminine identity and
embody a state of wholeness, radiance, wisdom and awareness that
you do not live in opposition to man, even if some may live in
opposition to you. Re-align with that which exists as a matter of Life
and truth so that you may embrace your fullest expression of your
whole and feminine self.
And, it is in the same spirit of healing that I make a call to the men of
the world, to also walk the path of healing. Embrace the return of the
Sacred Feminine and allow her Love to heal the wounds of
patriarchal distortion. Embody the Divine Masculine within, who lives
in perfect harmony with his Feminine life-giving counterpoint, and to
rediscover your most sacred wholeness.
And so knowing the power of your light, it is a call to the Goddess
women of the world to sound your voice and egregiously walk the
path of your sovereign feminine integrity, wisdom and truth to become
a force of self-love and change from your most fundamental essence.
Where one is transformed, one then becomes transformative.
A New Earth calls on the evolved woman to see beyond the false
prophet of patriarchy and to not become entangled. She is the
Goddess who by the creation of her own inner world creates outer
worlds beyond the worlds that we currently see. She consciously
charts the path to balance and harmony between the Divine
Masculine and the Sacred Feminine, and cultivates the space for the
full expression of each to co-exist in alignment with the force of Life,
our relationship with Nature, Gaia Sophia, and in the cultivation of a
New Earth. And she does so, bravely, in a world that for now will
continue to resist her. And she does this now, eschewing all pain and
darkness that has gone before her because she knows that without
change, there will be no change.
So it is a prayer that all women should crave the experience of your
sovereign feminine self, voice and expression without apology and
regardless of the fear of retribution, ridicule and condescension. And
know that healing, embracing and returning to the wholeness of your
sacred femininity may well be a voyage of discovery. And where ever
possible let the path of healing be one of joy. Know that you should
walk the path to healing carefully and seek whatever assistance you
may need along the way. And know that it is time; for only with your
Love, found in your truth, will the distortions of Patriarchy truly heal.
For what we seek is a new culture of love, vision, wisdom and
softness: a culture borne of feminine values, wisdom, creativity and
vision that may guide and overcome the present imbalances in Life.

And so, with these words, I call the Goddess to soften: to breathe
deeply into your most feminine self and to allow yourself to embrace
all of your being, your voice and wholeness as a woman. Let the
wounds come into the light, discover all of your feminine truths,
principles and values that lie within your own essence, and allow
those wounds to be healed and transformed into a state of
wholeness. And in so doing may you find your voice and confidence
to speak truthfully from your own wisdom, intuition, values and heart
consciousness in all realms of your social, political, commercial,
business, cultural and economic lives. May you create your world
based on your feminine values and principles: understanding the
power and importance of these. Let the culture of feminine wisdom,
insight, intelligence and intuition be heard. It is not an inferior voice. It
never was. And it needs to be heard, so that we might all individually
and collectively resurrect, reclaim and restore the healing Goddess
energy, light and guidance on this earth and create the fabric of a
New Earth to move forward.
Consciously Evolving Into a New Earth
In the Dance of Life, the Divine Masculine and Sacred Feminine must
strive be fully expressed and to exist each in balance, in the dance of
union and opposition together. They are equal and opposing forces,
and indeed, the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. And so
the restoration of the feminine essence calls for respect to her
counterpart of the Divine Masculine flame. And where ever the
masculine appears in his integrity in his greatness and wholeness,
or his best attempts (we are all human) honour him and give thanks
for him, because there is none greater, more brilliant or more
intoxicating than a man standing in the integrity of his Divine
Masculine flame. And above all else, he is needed. If balance is to be
restored, he must not be suppressed either, as he must fulfil his
mission as the counterpoint to the Feminine: each to the other. This is
indeed a journey to restoration, balance and wholeness for all.
As a final note, as a question of Life there is no inequality. In Life, all
beings are equal; we are all Divine and we all carry the source of the
Divine deep within our own being. Equality is no longer a social,
political, religious, economic or cultural question. In truth, it never
was. Such questions are questions of man, not questions of Life. We
Are All One.
Indeed the principles of Spiritual Lore and equality, our understanding
of our inherent Divinity, the resurrection, reclamation and expression
of the Sacred Feminine essence and energy, the balance of the
Divine Masculine and Sacred Feminine and our conscious evolution
into a New Earth into the fifth dimensional consciousness of Love
and our falling into alignment with Life and Gaia Sophia, have now
evolved far beyond the status of questions; and are now inarguably
the principles that hold the answer to humanitys survival.

Creating The New Story: Integrating
the Masculine and Feminine

As modernitys brief flight into the stratosphere of the industrial age

begins its final descent, those who have not turned away from
watching the inevitable hard landing may have few choices, but those
who have chosen not to strap on the their oxygen masks and tighten
their seatbelts will have fewer still.
Fear is a big part of why people choose to remain asleep before the
unveiling of the greatest show on earth. But they will soon discover
their paralyzing fear has not been their friend. On the other hand,
those who have faced and conquered their fear wait calmly as a
result of at least having some remaining options depending on how
this all unfolds. How those choices will matter during the coming
changes may be largely unknown, but the fate of those who wake up
too late is very well known, indeed.
Like many others, I am becoming fairly firm in my belief that we are
past the point of being able to fix our problems. Like General George
Custer wondering where all these Indians came from, the problems
are too many and too intense. And I pray Im wrong.

Being truly prepared for whatever may come, however, consists of a

lot more than having a garden, some guns and ammo, and a years
worth of food put away. While those individuals who do prepare that
way are way ahead of the game, every bit as important are the
mental, spiritual, and emotional aspects of preparation.
This article is going to touch on just one part of those aspects: doing
our internal work around healing the deep wounds and shadows of
the masculine and the feminine. Even in our present postmodern
informational culture, many men and women are still at war with each
other. The masculine denies the feminine, and the feminine denies
the masculine. Not only is this war waged in the exterior realm
between men and women, but it is also waged in the interior realms
of each, mostly by denying one or the other of these two aspects of
ourselves.
Our shadow aspects are the parts of ourselves that are hiding, and
these aspects hold the truth of all the authentic parts of being human
your vulnerabilities, your discontentment, your jealousies, or an
experience from the past you have not digested or come to terms
with. How do we know whats in shadow? One way is to look at what
triggers us. Dont like people who are brash, loud, or boisterous?
Generally, these trigger traits can be parts of ourselves we dont like
and so we respond negatively to them in others.
Regardless of how well prepared we might be in the traditional role as
a prepper, who knows what sort of situations might arise that
trigger us, create reactionary responses, and bring up the hidden
issues that might get in the way of our making good decisions that
are sometimes needed on the spur of the moment. Just as in arms
and combat training where we can rehearse how we will respond
efficiently without thinking, doing our shadow work can help
prevent us from being reactionary as opposed to being calm and
cool. Think of shadow work as training for smoother relationships:
with your partner, your community, and others you might come in
contact with.
One of the things that a reset or collapse offers us as long as we
dont end up in pure survival mode is an opportunity to recreate
ourselves and the world we live in. As the old systems continue to
break down and become obsolete, we can create a new story of who
we are in the new world, and that includes the relationship between
the masculine and the feminine. The best time to do this work is now.
If we possibly move into 19th century life conditions, there wont be
time later.
Over the last fifty years many women have become over-
masculinized to compete in a mans world. They have adapted
their inner masculine to be just like men, and for many, the end
result was that they adopted the only version of the masculine that
was modeled for them: the Patriarchy.
At the same time, many postmodern men have adopted the softer,
gentler, more caring aspects of their inner feminine, often because
the masculine was so shamed that we denied even the healthy
aspects of our masculine selves. The work I do with men in The
Integral Warrior Mens Process, helps men integrate their healthy
feminine and then re-integrate and reclaim the healthy aspects and
fullness of the new masculine without shame and with a strong sense
of purpose and their mission, so that both are on board and can be
called on as needed as each moment arises.

The Path of The Integral Warrior:
With increasing awareness and understandable anger at centuries of
patriarchal behavior, or false male power, we have come to believe
that masculinity, men, and patriarchy are the same thing.
Consequently, we deny and repress the power and the gifts of the
Divine Masculine.
When men and women, no matter what their sexual orientation,
integrate their internal masculine and feminine essences, something
magnificent happens: a sacred marriage of both aspects within
us. Speaking only for men, this sacred marriage is a quality that
enables a man to open his heart without giving up his essential
masculine essencewithout going soft or being so much in his
feminine that he loses the ability to penetrate the heart of his beloved.
At the same time, he retains the ability to move between the
masculine and feminine poles as needed in whatever moment arises,
always with the intention of keeping the polarity, the tension between
the opposites the masculine and feminine active and alive, always
connected, always with the intention of giving the greatest gift the
masculine can give the feminine: the ability to relax and to feel safe.
Likewise, the gift from the feminine to the masculine is the
ability to keep our hearts open and not close down.
Once men and women have fully integrated their masculine and
feminine sides, they are able to move between the two at will when
either is needed in a given situation. Sometimes known as
presence, this ability allows the feminine and the masculine to
become the essence of freedom and love both in the same
person, regardless of gender. Therein lies the possibility of sacred
union and higher purpose for the good of all beings and is the
ultimate expression of BE-ing. These are also the qualities that allow
the masculine and feminine to enter into Conscious Relationship,
something that cant happen until weve done the work around
integrating the oppositional aspects of the masculine and feminine
and theres more.
There is no doubt that men are playing catch up with the work women
have been doing over the last fifty years. Women got the jump on
men in doing their conscious work because they had to. Most men
were largely pretty happy with the way things were, and why wouldnt
they be, where women had to begin to ask existential questions about
their place in the world out of necessity. This head start is one of
the reasons so many men have been and largely remain clueless
about the feminine.
Today, men are finally beginning this evolutionary process as it is
required for the survival of the species. The feminine requires it so
that, together, they can change the world in perfectly imperfect
partnership through sacred union and conscious relationship.
Together, we are exponentially more powerful than by ourselves. The
Divine Feminine and the Sacred Masculine are waking up because
the planet and our survival demand it.
This is part of our new initiation, and part of our new creation
story.
Conscious Relationship between the masculine and the feminine is
about honest communication, intimacy, being each others healers,
safety, staying in our hearts more than our minds, and relating to
ourselves through another person. Conscious Relationship also
requires the courage to talk about what we are feeling, to let down the
walls and defenses weve erected to keep ourselves safe the
shadow. Something most men have not learned to do.
But you cant just take people who have done their work, who are
conscious, and set them in a relationship with each other and expect
that relationship to be conscious. Were always going to come up
against the unfinished childhood wounds that either didnt come up in
earlier relationships or were not healed in them. The work of
Conscious Relationship must be done within the context of that
particular relationship. Even people who have done shadow work
before they got into their relationship discover that they are not done,
that theres more work to be donetheres always more work to be
done.
Heres the good news: If both partners are committed to the
relationship and to spiritual growth, healing, and purpose, Conscious
Relationship is one of the fastest ways to awaken. Conscious
relationship can be learned and is ultimately mastery of our ability to
stay present. Why arent we in Conscious Relationship? Its because
we havent learned the tools, skills, and understandings that will help
us transform our relationship into a safe, fulfilling, conscious one.
If more of us can just make that one shift, we will have made good
use of the transition already begun, and will have helped birth a new
human for a new earth.
